The vets themselves you can see genuinly care about the animals welfare but also realise that treatments can be costly. They go out of their way to ensure that they can give your pet the treatment they need at a lower price and without breaking the bank. I found this particularly true when my cat was ill for about 3 weeks, i had to make several trips with her to the vets and they did their best to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They didnt even bat an eyelid when she tried to bite him!!!

On your first visit you get 6 weeks Pet Plan insurance free which is handy because it gives you cover immediately, whereas when you purchase the same cover online you can't make any claims in the first month or so. The waiting times seem to be really good as we've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes and there is adequate parking outside. Along with the usual veterinary services, they have weight and behaviour specialists and even offer bereavement counselling. We're both huge animal lovers and we'll be taking our pets (both current and any future additions!) for years to come.

We are convinced taking our pet for a minor complaint actually made him seriously ill in the first place. Took our dog back to our old vet in another location (they don't have fancy shill reviews online or swanky websites, but they have always done well by our pets). They are clever and cunning and use the the form you signed before operation to protect themselves when 'accidentally' killing animals. if this was a human who died it would be a big deal. Parking is on the roadside and the vets itself is a converted house so it is easy to drive past and miss it although there is a sign in the front of the building. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the building is clean, tidy and well lit. There attitude towards the animals they care for is lovely.
