I stupidly locked myself and my wife out of our house at mid morning on a hot day. I called Harvey's and they were at my address within 20 minutes. My existing door knob (which I installed incorrectly) had issues so I asked if they would install something new and better. The technicians from Harvey's rearranged their schedule so I wouldn't be without a working front door lock. Within 3 hours of my initial phone call I had a new deadbolt professionally installed. This place is awesome. If you need a simple key made no problem. But lock yourself out ...need rekeying....safes...security. They do it all. Timely always pleasant and efficient. I love that they have odd shaped keys etc so you can have unique keys for different locks. read more
