She's apologetic, but how much "firm" pressure do you think is really being applied when you're massaging with one hand and texting with the other? During the treatment, we started with cleansing and a steam. Next was an exfoliating mask with light circular massage. Then the extractions which were much less painful than other facials I have had. The treatment included a nice shoulder, hand and foot massage while my mask was doing it's thing. In the end, I left feeling rejuvenated with well hydrated skin.
