I kept sneaking back to grab more from my fridge all day long. I also had the spinach pie (with the long Greek name I never spell correctly) and it was good. It had a bit more of a sour flavor to it than I'm used to (lemon juice used somewhere?), but the phyllo dough was crispy, and there was an abundance of spinach, and the piece was huge. No complaints.
