I was immediately connected to a human vs. an AI bot and have been guided through the process by the entire way. Randi had been my trusted guide and has been incredibly transparent the entire way. From the honest sales, pricing, and "human-centered" payment structure their approach to sales and support truly sets them apart. My install was smoother than I could've imagined and the install crew was informative, honest, and methodical in their set-up and clean-up. They charge $150 for the first, and $30 for each additional. This month I had another failure. I was NOT notified that their pricing had changed to $250!!!! for one inverter! I will be looking elsewhere if I need service again. UPDATE: My Generation Energy reached out about the issue and said it was a mistake on their end and have addressed and fixed it.
