Rainbow pride bagels! Thank you!!
Susie D.

Wow this is the most fun grocery store I've been to in years!! The Produce Section was amazing and I found such unique things, so fresh too! Bakery was wonderful as well. Loved the Cranberry muffins! Lisa at checkout was so friendly. Store is clean, quiet, spacious, and so organized. Easy to navigate through the many well-stocked aisles.

biscuits and gravy are incredibly salty. Took one bite and threw it away. Biscuit was tough too. Had to bear down on a knife for each bite.

This a store more like a Whole Foods. They do have a nice salad bar at $7.99 lb and also a very busy restaurant.

Store review: I am a fan of Ruler Foods! Since moving to…read moreChampaign, I have been searching for a place for cheap dairy and eggs. It is crazy how much a gallon of milk can cost at other stores 3-4 dollars compared to Northwest Suburbs where you can get milk regularly at 1.99-2.50. This place initially looked sketchy, but after going inside I realize that it is simply a upscale aldi with Kroger brand. Major plus is the acceptance of credit cards for payment. If you are okay with generic brand of Kroger than this place will net you a lot of savings. Yes the produce section is very limited and you maybe better off going to aldi, but they had eggs for .79 cents, milk 1.59 and 1% and skim that was close to expiration (about 1 week away) for only 0.99 cents. I have never seen milk that cheap. Check out is fast. No grocery bags of course so bring your own. Overall a great place for basic grocery needs that will save you money. Pros: cheapest dairy, egg, sugar, bread in the Champaign area Cons: limited choices, they do have name brand items as well Hidden deals: 1. Bring a quarter to check out a shopping cart, you get it back after you return your cart 2. Bring your own grocery bags 3. Cheap eggs, milk, bread

Come on store manager, make us feel welcome by keeping two registers open at peak times!! I go there after work at 5:15pm and there was one checker with three full baskets ahead of me. Martinellis is such a cool place for Champaign to have. I love that it's a cafe, bakery, store…read more There's nothing there that isn't good or well crafted here and it's made fresh! It can be a little bit pricey but I definitely think it's worth what you're paying. They have a great outdoor idea to sit in if you have a dog with you and the staff is so friendly. I love seeing their specialty items in their grocery section as well. They clearly pick those items with a lot of thought!

I usually really enjoy visiting Martinelli's: they have fun snack aisles for one to browse through,…read morebread samples, yummy dessert options and a freezer full of goodies. Its got a lot of natural light, plenty of seating and has a really nice ambiance for a quick lunch or coffee date. We stopped by for their delicious foccacia pizza but were informed that they don't serve it after 1:30 pm. We settled on the tuna melt but were disappointed by that; cold tuna salad, greasy soft bread (ie not toasted enough), and a slice of unmelted cheese. It really didn't work. We also ordered a few baked goodies but were disappointed to see a bug flying on the cookies. I'm giving them 3 stars for the overall vibe of the restaurant and past experiences. I'm hoping that today they were just having an off day.

Absolutely the cutest farm I've ever seen. A group of us went for the goat hike (so unique right?!)…read moreand loved it! Our tour guides were the sweetest people and so knowledgeable about the goats and the farmland. A drink ( alcoholic or nonalcoholic up to $12) is included in the price of the goat hike ticket. They also have a cute gift shop where they're selling goat cheese, goat gelato etc. We didn't try the restaurant this time, but we will be back! I recommend checking this place out if you're in the area even though it's a little out of the way in the countryside!

I think I've seen 1 billboard in Champaign / Urbana for here.. maybe. But, a coworker of mine suggested I go and thank goodness she did. The food here is so delish. We got the chef tasting and wine pairing. 5 courses + 5 wines. The muscles we were served for the entree were the star of the show; Especially the sauce they were served in - killer. It's not particularly "fancy" inside, given you're on a farm. But, it is cute and clean. Do be weary when ordering because our bill came to just under $300 for 2 with the tasting menu. There are many other cheaper options on the menu and their menu is clearly priced online so there are no blindsides. This is a great place to go for a birthday dinner or celebration. You will enjoy the food (and the goats)
