I am very impressed with this asian market. For several reasons. The prices are very competitive, honestly I can get better pricing than in Chicago for majority of the products. Of course you will see a few random items here and there that are more expensive, but those are outliers. The store clerks are pretty good, no issues. I would 't say this place is massive, but it definitely is large for something in the middle of Illinois. They do have fresh produce(asian fruits and vegetables) and live fish at the back. Kung fu teas, hong kong noodles, frozen dim sums are all available here. The reason this rating is not 5 stars is that up in the front there are baked goods and some egg tarts have mold on them. They must have been sitting there for quite some time, in this blazing midwestern summer, they are bound to go bad if mot refrigerated. But I understand. Customers don't want their baked goods refrigerated they want them fresh. This is something the store owner and management need to figure out as far as what to stock, priorities and they will learn as the business grows. Picadilly liquor is attached to the market it's on the left if you are facing the store. Be careful exiting the market, prospect is a busy street and you are coming down at a slight hill since the store is elevated.

My family and I love this Asian Supermarket. It is the cheapest Asian market in the area. They have a lot of options and the service is so-so. No restrooms in here though. Fresh International Market is probably the biggest, nicest Asian market in Champaign-Urbana but this is probably the cheapest. Out of the 6 Asian markets, this is my go-to when we need certain Asian items. Most of the stores are too small or just have Korean food.

This Asian grocery store is now my go to place to buy Asian products. The prices are competitively cheaper than the other Asian stores in the area, and is clean and easy to access. The store offers a variety of goods that may not even be available anywhere else! I highly recommend this market to anyone who shops for Asian foods and products. The only downside is the the entrance into the store may convey a bit of a difficulty. It is located right in front of an extremely busy street, so you have to be cautious when turning into the parking lot. Despite that, this place is an absolute gem for Champaign.

I went in wanting tapioca for Boba tea. I found what I wanted for a much better price than on Amazon. Yay for local stores!

It's a weird and wonderful place, especially if you are into DIY oriental food, especially for my…read moresoft spot, ramen. It IS a grocery store in that it has produce, a meat and seafood counter, as well as dry goods, refrigerated items and a robust set of upright freezer cases - mostly full of items not normally found in the US. They also carry many American staples when those are needed in a pinch, but the focus is clearly on what's not available anywhere else in the area. That said all the produce is top-notch and beautifully displayed/maintained. The meat/seafood selection fresh (and more so) frozen is pretty extensive, even down to how things are sliced and/or shaped. Then there's the bakery which is past the checkout lanes all the way at the far front-end of this place (which is the size of a large Aldi's). I'm pretty sure I saw a loaf of bread or two in the grocery areas, but they did not suggest the kind of exquisite baked goods on display when you enter the area - in both the grab your own area (croissants, bagels, donuts) and the counter glass case (fancy pastries). They're not cheap, but also fancier then you may even find at say Martinelli's and my creme-filled croissant was an epically delicious mess! Without burying the lead for some folks, because I was there around 9 AM, I didn't smell anything savory cooking yet, but behind the bakery are several more separate food stalls that make up a mini Asian food court for yummy things like noodles, bibimbap and ramen. I hope to come back and sample them soon.

This place has quite a lot of selections of food items including my favorite exotic fruits durians. There were lots of dried good items that we got as well as food courts that we brought food.
