I got Korean fried chicken wings of two flavors: a garlic parm and orange habanero. They both had great flavors and the orange habanero wasn't over the top spicy. The wing overall was excellent, however, it didn't have the light texture of the Korean fried chicken that I've had at Korean chicken joints. I did suggest more corn starch and the staff thought of this prior to me mentioning it. The cheese Brussel sprouts were amazing. The service was great. Many of the staff are local Denver folks which was great to see. New Terrain Brewery is a great spot, excellent beer with beautiful views of the near mountains. Eat at J Street if you see them out.

The other ones, either the fries were too soggy or seemed undercooked, or the flavor just wasn't for me. These fries had some crispy pieces, the steak was tender, and the sauce hit the spot. It is $17, which is a little pricey, but it's a food truck, and we were able to share it between 2 people and be satisfied since we weren't too hungry. I didn't get the food myself, so I can't talk much about the service or the ambiance, but I would definitely visit this food truck again if it was nearby!

On to the goods, I ordered the doner mixed grilled of lamb/beef and chicken. Every meat was juicy and delicious. Extremely well flavored. The falafel was scrumptious as well. I didn't like the hummus too much, I prefer more of a warm/smoother hummus than cold one but that's just my personal preference. Overall, the meal was quite satisfying. It is a bit up there on price, around $15-16 so that's to be noted.

I've been to the farmer's market at the Denver Federal Center for 3 straight years and never have I had so many lunches from a single vendor! lol. Their lobster rolls are to die for: I've checked with a coupld of friends who are from the east coast, and they said the lobster rolls from this food truck are as close to the real thing as Colorado can get! All the offerings from East Coast Joe's are a bit on the pricey side, but are definitely compensated by quality, here's a list of items I've tried in the order of most favorite: - Lobster Roll: very refreshing, every bit is full of lobster meat. The bun is very buttery and the right amount of crunch. I so want to finish trying the different items on the menu just so I could come back and have more lobster rolls, lol - Pulled pork sandwich (I think they lovingly call it "Stick A Pork In It" or something like that, cute name): not as big as I expected, but the pulled pork is SO tender, and instead of being smothered by BBQ sauce, it is topped with a garlic aioli, rich and buttery; then plump bacon strips (no kidding, their bacon is really good); then arugula. Incredible flavor - Lobster BLT: because of the bacon, duh - Lobster grilled cheese: good quality melted cheese, but I much prefer just having it alone (and put the lobster meat in the lobster roll!) - Lobster sliders: mini and cute but you can't survive on just these alone, so might as well get the lobster roll - Shrimp roll: I guess I'm not a big fan of shrimp in sandwiches, especially if there's the option of having lobster in it! I was told they also make a good sausage sandwich, haven't had a chance to order that yet, and I sincerely wish they bring back the homemade chips. Great job Joe and the nice lady whose name I have yet to ask. Please come back to the DFC next year!

I was with a good beer drinking (and brewing) group and since I am not really a beer drinker I was sure hoping for good food. And I got it. I ordered a Sunny BLTA but without the cream cheese. It seemed like there was already plenty on the brioche roll and with the sunny side egg it was moist on its own. The lettuce was arugula, my favorite salad green, and there were several large slices of fresh tomato and avocado on the roll. The bacon (two huge pieces) was cooked just right for a sandwich, chewable and not hard. The grilled roll was nice and soft so you could keep the big pile of filling intact while holding it. I would get it again in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly, happy to customize my sandwich though very busy. I appreciated that they delivered the food to our table without us having to wait around the truck. I hope to see this truck again at some other event I might get to in the future.

From ropa vieja to lechón and pastelitos, Cuban food quickly became one of my favorites. Now that I'm in Denver, I've been lucky to explore a few options, but Sansara knocked it out the park with their mind-blowing Cuban-ish. What I ordered: Cuban-ish Sandwich (chicharrón, ham, roasted pork, mustard-mayo, gherkins, Swiss, @getrights Cuban bread), Mango Salad (fresh and fried red onions, cherry tomatoes, Serrano and Thai bird chilis, mint), and Platanitos Maduros with sofrito aioli. Best Bite: Not to be dramatic, but the Cuban-ish Sandwich is absolutely amazing. The chicharrón adds an extra layer of crunch and flavor that I didn't know I needed. The Mango Salad was spicy AND refreshing, and the Platanitos Maduros--perfection with the sofrito aioli but you can't ever go wrong with plantains. This is a food truck so their location and vibe changes with the location but they always pick the best places. Everyone was extremely welcoming too!
