One year since I purchased my Ford Bronco Sport from Harvard Ford and I have nothing but good thing to say about the dealership. The team was professional and interested in helping me find the right car without any pressure. My salesperson was honest and made sure I understood every step of the process. The finance department made everything smooth and easy, and I drove off the lot feeling very good about my purchase. Just recently, there was a recall from Ford on the battery in my Bronco. Harvard Ford contacted me about the recall and sent someone to my home to replace the battery. I've never experienced that level of convenience and customer care from a dealership before. It was quick, professional, and completely hassle-free I highly recommend Harvard Ford to anyone looking for not just a car, but a dealership that genuinely takes care of you long after the sale read more

They made some dumb AI magazine. It is purely pathetic they cannot pay someone to make a sign on canva. Lazy company not even able to make a poster themselves or hire someone to do it. read more

Fantastic dealership and staff. Highly recommend when looking for a new/pre-owned car, or getting service done!

I need to give a big shout out to our salesman Brandon (and the entire team) over at Harvard Ford While we all dealt with a very interesting custom order process with Ford, the Team at Harvard Ford was really great to work with. They kept us updated with any information they had. They were understanding and kind during our frustrations. When our vehicle came in they made the process extremely smooth and quick. 10/10 recommend. read more

You can't go wrong with the folks at Harvard Ford. Service is great and the sales team gives you space to breathe while looking around. Local people selling American cars in a small town. No bells and whistles but a good place to do business. The owner is always around too and he's a good fella who isn't jacking up the prices like other dealerships because of the car shortage. Keep up the good work Harvard Ford. read more

The entire staff is very professional! They do an amazing job and I am so happy with my purchase of a Ford Fusion. The owner is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about Harvard Ford... I highly recommend. read more

Sean if you see this, they need a appreciation party and compensation for ALL they do! Thanks everyone! read more

I purchased a vehicle from Harvard Ford, sight unseen. I asked for information from the dealership and was provided great info on the car. I flew into O'Hare and was chauffeured to the dealership and was very pleasantly surprised to see that the description I was given, wasn't even as good as the car actually looked. I found the dealership and employees to be incredibly easy to work with, honest, and most of all very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to either buy again should the need arise, or recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you Harvard Ford. Joseph Biegler read more

This dealership is very poor. We made an appointment with the manager Chris to purchase a truck. To find out after driving 45 min to get there for a evening appointment that the car was shipped to another state at 11 in the morning. Very switch and bate stuff. Also who makes an appointment to meet with people and get confirmation text to get there and find out that the manager who the appointment was with was already gone for the day....well they confirmed nothing I guess. Would never recommend this place. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Debbie and all the folks at Harvard Ford. From the first contact to the final sale, little ole me was treated like a rock star. I've been looking for a affordable, reliable work truck, been jerked around by other places and then I walked in the door of Harvard Ford, after a few emails with Debbie first, I was from the start treated like I was spending 70,000 dollars, even though I wasn't, Debbie and everyone bent over backwards and went the extra mile to not only fit my budget but get me exactly want I was looking for. This is what car buying should be like. If you are looking to buy a vehicle run don't walk to Harvard Ford, I can say I've never had a car buying experience so good. I'm very old school and still believe in loyalty to businesses, Harvard Ford has definitely earned that loyalty from me. Give them a chance to earn it from you too. read more

As usual, Angelo is courteous and attentive. Never acts as if any question is a waste of his time, or dumb. Service is done in a very timely manner, and I never feel as if I've been pushed towards services or products I don't need. Oh, but I wish they had decaf coffee!! or some caffeine free pop in the waiting area. We also own two trucks 2008 F250 and 2012 F150 (both bought at Harvard Ford) and the service on those is also impeccable. The buying experience is also just as fabulous. I really enjoy the team at Harvard Ford and although we love our trucks, I just wish I were happier with my 2011 Edge. My next car will probably cause me to have to use another maker's service center, because it won't be a Ford. :( read more

I had the rear toe links on my Ford Explorer replaced by this dealer. The dealer let the car leave without any alignment and did not tighten the adjuster nuts. I drove the car for about 1 month and noticed how twitchy the car was and how off my steering was. I brought it back to the dealer and said I wasn't sure if they had hit a curb or the new links had caused the steering to be off. The service writers laughed in my face and said they did no such thing. I came back the next day to speak with the owner and he blamed me for the alignment being off. I took the car to Bull Valley Ford in Woodstock, IL and they said Harvard let the car leave without even doing an alignment and they didn't tighten anything down. My new tires are also warn uneven now and Harvard isn't willing to do anything about. Probably the worst dealer I've ever been to. Thank you Bull Valley Ford for your help in correcting my cars alignment! Do NOT go to Harvard Ford. read more

An exceptional experience from beginning to end, the entire staff redefines the car buying experience. We were recommended by a family member and decided to take the over hour drive from Chicago. On arrival you quickly realize you can throw out all past car buying experience because the entire staff will be courteous, attentive, welcoming and make you feel comfortable. The entire time we felt stress free, never pressured - we were meticulously asked what we were looking for and they got to work on delivering on our requirements. When we found what we were looking for and decided to move forward, they made the negotiating process dare i say enjoyable. The excitement of what we had found was not neutralized by having to play games. They were honest and transparent the entire time. I will sum our experience this way; we came for 1 car and left with 2. We highly recommend anyone looking for an exceptional car buying experience to take the time to come here - you won't be disappointed. read more

We have purchased three vehicles over the past four or five years through Harvard Ford. Very nice people, polite, courteous and always a stress free experience. My father 75 and retired wanting to purchase a brand new Yukon I called Harvard Ford they transferred me to Harvard GMC... I dealt with Martin the manager and did everything over the phone painlessly... So I wouldn't have to drag my father in and out several times at his age. No going back and forth got the exact Yukon the exact color they're bringing it to the lot... Getting it all cleaned up and ready for us to purchase the next morning. I got the exact vehicle my father wanted at the exact price he did not want to go over. I really appreciate Martin doing this all over the phone with me to help my father out. Harvard is the only dealerships I will ever go through and we will be back in the spring to purchase vehicles for work. Thank you for making this such a painless and stress-free experience for my father it means the world! Robin Schroeder / KDS Flooring Sales & Installations. read more

Class act my ass. I made the mistake of buying a car here, never again, two months after buying it its been nothing but hassle after hassle, I have not looked into my options however Im almost positive I'm screwed and got screwed with no lube, they left out certain details about the car I didn't find out about till afterwards, everything in the interior to electric has failed, and wouldn't you know the warrantee they gave me only covers the engine and trans which they knew I would not have a problem with. Whatever I take this as a lesson learned as I was a noob when it came down to buying a car from a ford dealership. Zero stars in my book. read more

I am so impressed by the service I have always received here. The evening before a vacation my hatch wouldn't open. I headed over there with no appointment & got helped immediately. We recently had a horrible time at a Ford dealer in Wisconsin so we were very hesitant about wanting to return for another run. However, our son needed to trade in his car for a truck. The truck happened to be on Harvard Ford's lot and thank the heavens!!! What nice people right from the beginning. Very helpful, took the time with us that we needed, and came across as very honest and reputable. Alex was our Sales Person and Eric, the Sales Manager. Sincerely nice people and gave us a very reasonable deal. I would not hesitate to work with these people in the future. read more

So I am driving back from a sales call and here its an Audi @ a Ford Dealer, What the? It just so happens it was a car I was keeping an eye out for. Everyone dreads looking for a car, new or used: especially the pushy salesmen (or woman) and the going back and forth trying to 'wheel and deal'. At Harvard Ford, you can be guaranteed to work with a laid back team of salesmen and expect great customer service. Fastest we have ever been in and out of a dealership with the deal closed in no time!! Their cars are fairly priced and they are fair with the amount they give for a trade-in!! Bruce Coleman was an excellent salesman and wasn't pushy like most are!!! Walked away very happy and would definitely make the trip in again to buy another car from this dealership!! Great experience!! read more

I had an issue come up with my door latch on my Ford Fusion. My husband and I brought the car to Harvard Ford right before the Service Department closed on Wednesday. They called me Thursday morning to explain what the issue was & hoe much it would cost. They called me before noon on Thursday to say it had been repaired. Even though I did not buy my car from them, Harvard Ford was wonderful & I will be going to them in the future for my oil changes. Great service & reasonable price! read more

The Thursday before memorial day, my wife and I made the 2 hour trip up to Harvard Ford to look at a particular Fusion she was interested in. It was farther than I wanted to go, but she was looking for an uncommon options group and this was the best looking one of the bunch. There are certain things you expect when you buy a used car, so I was willing to look past the salesman dangling a lower price and then saying he couldn't get it past the sales manager once he knew how far I had come for the car. I could look past the sales manager telling me he would find an antenna mast before he had the car delivered and then delivering it without one. It's only a $20 part after all, and I should have gotten that promise in writing. The real problem came during the inspection when I realized the interior door lock switches didn't function. The sales manager promised (in writing) that he would have the door locks fixed and then deliver the car to me. The car was delivered the next day, and on memorial day I noticed that although the driver's side door switch now worked, the passenger side still didn't. I called the dealership the next day to see how they wanted to proceed, suggesting that they let me take it to a closer dealership or come pick it back up for me. They had, after all, agreed in writing to fix the power door locks. The sales manager said I couldn't take it to a closer dealership as they (Harvard) would get a bad deal on the repair, and that the only way they would look at it again was if I drove it 2 hours back to Harvard. This obviously wasn't acceptable to me as they promised in writing to fix the problem before delivery, and over the last month I have placed 4 calls to the dealership to resolve this issue, none of which have been returned. This is my 7th Ford/Lincoln vehicle and my 1st bad dealership experience. Do not take the risk of dealing with these guys, go to a reputable dealer instead! read more
