I had one mobile technician who never showed up, and later admitted he doesn't really work on mowers, and a second who told me it wouldn't be worth trying to fix unless I was willing to load it up and tow it to a repair shop. They identified a faulty spark plug and replaced it for $9 in addition to charging me a $50 Spring maintenance fee (they did sharpen the blade). Took it home and it did not start. Took it back. Evidently, they made some adjustments which they did not tell me about - they adjusted the throttle on the mower handle along with the pull cord. The pull cord was very loose, but they told that was okay. It was not loose when I took it in. Brought mower home again and used it twice. Both times it barely started.
