I first heard from Nicholas when I posted a job for plumbers on Yelp - no hot water was coming out…read moreof the kitchen faucet. The other companies that replied wanted to schedule a visit. Nicholas suggested that the faucet had become clogged with sentiment and, most likely, all that was needed was to replace faucet. I purchased a new faucet and installed it and the problem was solved. I also explained that I had a frozen main drain plug and he suggested I soak it in WD40. Nicholas did not earn anything from me at that time, but I was so impressed with him and his willingness to share basic information that saved me money, I kept his contact information. I was not able to loosen the drain plug so I called him. He worked with my schedule, came over and he was able to remove the frozen plug so I could flush my water heater. It's really great to meet someone like Nicholas who puts customer service first. I can not recommend Nicholas enough.

We live in Howard,…read moreColorado, about 60 miles away, however, the immediate area is growing quite fast and it has been very difficult to schedule plumbing service from other companies. Johnny's is very service oriented and frequently sends multiple service trucks to our area to service the plumbing needs of those of us that have homes along the Highway 50 corridor and along the many county roads that are accessed from Highway 50. We have a Burnham Boiler that uses Glycol boiler fluid. When I called Johnny's to arrange for service they knew exactly what system I have and immediately scheduled my annual Fall maintenance service. Don came out within a few days and he is absolutely an expert technician!! Johnny's Plumbing also services many other models of boilers and HVAC systems as well. Don has our system "purring" and we are ready for the winter!!! The value for the dollar was well worth the service and great value for the piece of mind as we can rely on Johnny's to work with us as we prepare for the winter now and in the future. Note that this is the second job that Johnny's have done for us this summer. (Note the attached photos)!!!! Johnny's is the best and Don is the best!!!! You can't go wrong with this company!!!!
