BEWARE!! Originally hired to service my Swamp Cooler, then after he arrived, he told me he could…read morereplace my sump pump, which I needed so I agreed. As with all the other reviews, he kept leaving because he forgot parts, or the supply store gave him the wrong parts, he wouldn't return when he said he was going to. Didn't even have a ladder and knew he was there to look at the swamp cooler on the roof. So highly disappointed. Brought a guy who Luis told me himself thought he was on drugs, dropped his tools on the stairs and almost hit me, Luis did leave with this guy and did not bring him back, told me he fired him after that incident. Never an apology, just always blamed someone else. I really wish I would have read the reviews. He did finally work on the swamp cooler and now I can't even use it. Of course he took no blame in this. Would schedule times for him to come out and he wouldn't show, sometimes I would get a text about some emergency that came up or nothing at all. I would never hire him again, and regret hiring in the first place. Now I have to hire someone else to fix what he did. Also, they don't take credit cards, I would guess that's because people would want to reverse charges. They told me their credit card machine was down, but I highly doubt it as it's been 3 weeks and still not fixed? You can only make so many excuses before you look like complete liars and after reading the other reviews I feel it's pretty confirmed that they are both liars. I do not want something for nothing, I always pay what I owe. And I paid them. Horrible customer service, and I was always available on Fridays as I'm off and this was told to Louis. I'm attaching a picture of how the sump pump drainage line looked when complete. If I was told about the swamp cooler, I would have rather purchased a whole new one rather than spend money to make it sound worse.

I hired him to do plumbing in my home and he kept leaving to go do other jobs or to get supplies or…read morewhatever and then he wouldn't come back for a day or two. He never completed the job. He kept saying that the plumbing supply store kept giving him the wrong parts and then the last thing he told me was they didn't have a part that the needed and that the supply store had to order it. Well I'm still here waiting for him three months later for him to bring that part and get it installed. Every time I call to see if that part has come in and if he could please come and finish the job there's always an excuse as to why he can't come or they schedule for him to come and I wait and wait and he never shows up. Whenever he did come and work he never showed up when he said he would or he'd come and be here awhile and then leave and never come back for hours. One night he did come back after having been gone for several hours and he was he til midnight working and still didn't finish the job. Said he'd be back in the morning and then didn't came back for a couple of days. So I gave up on this guy and had to hire someone else to come and complete the job and they found a couple of things wrong and had completely uninstall and reinstall to fix those issues. I don't know that he's even a licensed plumber here in this state. No at all happy. I will never use him again if I can help it. And I will never recommend him.
