About 3 weeks after I first stopped in here with car problems I was driving through again…read more I needed to have some sway bar bushings replaced and I had them with me in the car. I had asked my own mechanic in the Milwaukee area what he would charge and he said in the neighborhood of $150. I asked Cory at TC Autoworks what he would charge and he said $45. Of course, I told him to go ahead with it. The job did not take long as I knew it wouldn't. Even so if you don't have the right tools you would not want to attempt this repair. When it was done I had to get going because other people were waiting so I asked Cory to write up the bill. He looked at me and said, "You know what, that job didn't take very long so there will be no charge today." I was shocked. When did you ever hear those words from a auto mechanic? I thanked him and I want to thank him again for that here. It's the least I can do to write TC Autoworks a great review. And, btw, I will stopping in here again anytime I'm passing through Richland Center for additional repairs to my car..

CROOKED service dept.took in for warranty service on a covered part. they said the Chrysler…read morewarranty co. denied coverage. so I called company and was told me part was covered but baraboo motors never even submitted a claim. service dept. couldn't even tell me why or work with me. so i told them I was not going to let them do work on my jeep and asked for the invoice. service manager told me they were still working on invoice and i would have to come back later. when i returned I was presented with an invoice of $400 bucks for "diagnostics" $90 of that was for testing my battery that they said may or may not be bad. DUH .I paid bill ,very frustrated with being ripped off. when I went to leave I found a part from under my dash was removed and sitting on my passenger seat full of dirt and debri all over my seat. also drivers door panel was half removed , keeping my door from operating /opening. so all in all I paid them $400 buck to leave with my jeep worse than when I brought it in. then I get an auto text asking about my experience and to call manager, Kurt Beale if I wasn't satisfied . I did ,explained and was told he would call me back. of course , NO CALL. Take your vehicle anywhere but there or you'll be writing a bad review here also. good luck with them and watch your wallet.

We were in town from 6 hours away for our sons hockey tournament when a Jeep we had purchased the day before from a different dealer (a couple hours away from them) for our daughter (her first vehicle) decided it wanted to go into starter protection mode. We were supposed to be leaving the same day we got the Jeep towed to Baraboo Motors to get home to our dog who became extremely sick while we were gone. My wife and kids were totally concerned we would not be able to head home. Well, thanks to Samantha and her team we were able to get on the road in just a couple of hours all fixed and safe for the journey home! I took my vehicle in in March because I had a leak in my fuel line. Not only did it take them seven hours to repair, but they hooked up the hoses wrong and were pumping exhaust fumes into my cab as well as causing my engine to sputter and the car to lurch as I was trying to drive it back in for them to fix it. After they did fix it, they acted like their mistake was not a big deal. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this one was pretty major, and I would think that if they had my car for seven hours initially, they should have been able to make sure that the lines were hooked up correctly. Their negligence has also put my mother's life in danger on at least two separate occasions. She went in to have new tires put on her car, a very normal procedure. On her way home the car was making a strange sound, so she pulled over to discover that her wheel almost fell off as she was driving down the highway. She called and had the vehicle towed back and after they fixed their mistake, which the owner made light of and made excuses for, she asked them to look over her car and make sure that everything was alright. According to them, everything was fine. After the incident, she noticed a sound that seemed to be getting worse, so she took the vehicle in to another repair service thinking that it was a wheel bearing going bad. The other service center found that the source of the sound was the U-joint that attached the axel to the steering column was about to snap, which would have caused my mother to loose control of the car. Not only did the damaged U-joint pass Bindl's inspection, but their failure to properly reattach my mother's wheel initially is a likely cause for it. If you value your vehicle and your safety, do not take your automobile to Bindl Tire and Auto.

He claims to know his Profesion but didnt know what i or himself could legally do in our situation. I was going to with hold a portion of payment untell everything got settled with the insurance company. You have to right to with hold payment till work is completed and you are satisfied. If you never pay then it could become a small claims issue. Unless the shop has a lean on the vehicle. Then they can hold and even potentially keep the vehicle. I Had to call cops to get my truck back. And yes, I did get it back after calling. Wes calls anyone with usaa insurance a idiot, that he is smarter than anyone with usaa because, well I never got a reason. ( wonder if he feels that way about all our troop or just the ones with usaa) I think he feels that alot of people are stipid. He also claims to love to fight and invited me to come down to his shop to fight. All over them being told by the insurance company that is was their fault(or the fault of whoever he had look at car ) that the problem was not properly identified and they should cover the cost for extra rental car days. I didnt say that, he was angry about what the insurance company said and took it out on me. Everyone else is nice but that does not make up for his rudeness. The man wouldn't even let the cop talk. Please never use these people. They don't need to get business because it seems to be so hard for him and he doesnt make enough to even male it worth it. I took a car there and had the motor replaced with a new motor straight from the factory with an 8yr warranty.First off it took 3 weeks for him to get around to it.....then THE DAY I PICKED IT UP I ONLY MADE IT ACROSS TOWN BEFORE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Then after only 2359 mi my car began to leak lots of oil so I took it back to wheel city motors when they told me it was the rear main seal. I contacted the engine manufacturer who said they sent a new seal with the motor and if it was bad they would cover parts and labor but if wheel city motors had not put on the new seal nothing was covered. Kevin refused to do any work till he knew who was paying for the fix and refused to take the car apart to figure out if it was the the new seal that failed or his mechanic was lazy and left the old seal on.IT IS REAL SIMPLE....FIX THE CAR!! IF THE NEW SEAL IS BAD YOU GET PAID BY THE WARRANTY NO PROBLE...IF ITS THE OLD SEAL THAT IS STILL ON IT YOU FIX YOUR OWN SCREW UP After all of this I went to pick up my car to take somewhere else i calmly told Kevin "I dont think you handled this situation correctly at all, you never once made me feel like you cared about me or my car just you wallet."
