Shady business practices. Paid $36 for Dec-Nov. Apparently it was only for 3 months according to their "notes". I had a mailer in my hand to do it for $19.95 but they wouldn't honor it. Called up in March to find out why they're asking me to renew. Apparently it was for 3 months instead of a year, amd they've been racking up a bill under my name without ever notifying me my subscription had ended. Half the time in those 3 months, I either didn't get the paper and had to call in, or the paper would be randomly tossed somewhere and I'd have to play hide and seek. Tired of calling the customer service and having them pretend to hide behind a language barrier (you know exactly what I mean). read more
