I explained my situation and joked around with him about bad luck, and he told me he would be right over. He wasn't kidding - maybe a half hour later he was there to help, and after a few minutes my car was unlocked! Thank you for going above and beyond, Kenny. I did make it home in time for my daughter's recital. You didn't have to come out and help right away, especially on a busy day, but you did and it made all the difference to my family.

They asked me for a VIN photo, promised they had the part in stock, and said the work would be done. What actually happened? NOTHING. They didn't replace the sensor, didn't touch the wheel, didn't do a damn thing. Then they held my trailer hostage and demanded money for some made-up "fees."
