My daughter's car broke down on the highway. We were not sure exactly where she was at. The dispatcher was understanding and explained everything to us so we knew what was going to happen and what to expect. the tow truck driver called me back within a few minutes and was able to give me an estimated time frame as well as an approximate cost. Very polite on the phone. Also understanding being that I didn't have an exact location and the car was on the highway no longer occupied. Our driver was Brody! Showed up in good time, communicated well letting me know updates. When he arrived to where my daughter was at for the drop off, he accommodated us and was patient with Everything! Newly procured management where I live. We have individuals on a weekly basis parking illegally, blocking garages all the time. According to 2 tow signs that we have on property, we were told to call Harry's Towing to have illegally parked vehicles removed and rude woman who answered phone at 12:23 am at Harry's on Oct 3, told us that we need to confer with management. 2 differing stories. I tend to believe management side as had recent conversation earlier in day regarding this issue and who to call for towing. I believe Harry's was short staffed or just plain lazy. Please do something about the crude dispatch woman that answered call. They helped no one. read more

DO NOT USE this towing company out of Fargo. Showed up late, brought small tow truck for large box truck, damaged our truck and left us on sid of road. Refused to pay for damage caused too. Use All Pro instead! read more

These guy's answered the phone right away when I called, and we're nothing but courteous. They worked with me on a less than common issue, and charged me a reasonable fee for storing my car for one extra day. read more

These guys are rude to say the least. I have dealt with them in having my car towed, as well as using them to tow cars in a private lot. The workers are difficult to talk to as they are stuck up and think they don't need to show any respect. They also are willing to bad mouth their customers which generate their income. On the evening of January 23rd the brakes on my vehicle failed and I needed to call a tow truck. I called Midwest Towing because I had had a great experience with them in the past, however, they sent someone from Harry's Towing. When the tow truck arrived, I asked the driver why he was there instead of Midwest and he said they were a part of the same company. I was told that I would get a discount if I had my car towed to their sister company, Exhaust Pros, so I had the car towed there for repair. On January 24th the car was ready to be picked up from the shop. I picked the car up shortly before noon that day, and as soon as I got home, I noticed obvious indentations on the trunk. What a terrible eyesore! I wanted to call them back immediately but they closed at noon, so I called Harry's Towing instead and I was told to meet them Monday at Exhaust Pros. I met with the owner of Exhaust Pros and a person from Midwest Towing, showed them the indentations that had happened while the car was in their hands, and I was told that they did not do it and there was no way it could have been done at their shop. I was also told that their camera system was out and there was no footage of my car being worked on, however, they do have another camera system on its way. My complaint was brushed aside, they did not offer to fix the damage. I am very unhappy with both companies and would never patronize their businesses again. I have attached photos of the damage. The estimated cost of the damages, according to a body shop, is 756.03. read more

There are many tow companies in the area to use, and I would recommend anyone but Harry's. They are crooks who will price gouge you whenever they get the chance. My experience with them was horrible, and I was insulted by the man at the front desk when I tried to argue the price. Stay away! read more

DO NOT USE!This is the shadiest tow company around I don't even know where to start. I will start with the name. They operate under two names simultaneously Harry & Northland and every one knows two wrongs don't make a right so I can start with that. Next the person they will send out to help you looks like a drug addict carny (scary) I thought. I should have used a numeral or bullet style format for this LOL they got a lot of issues. Next one of there rackets is they drive around towing off any one's vehicle they see fit even if there is no parking restriction as was the case with my vehicle that was parked in front of my garage for less than 10min before I came out to see my vehicle missing. I contacted the company and was able to retrieve my vehicle right away after a $150 cash tow fee of course. Next there unsafe business practices. My vehicle was towed in the early evening. The next day I called to complain and to see who actually requested to have my vehicle towed which I got the run around never did get a answer anyway, The driver who towed my vehicle was still working mid morning the next day driving around and answer the phone, but not my questions. I am sure that is over the allotted time someone can drive commercially in this great state of ND. They have a couple of other issues but looks like I'm going to run out of room.
