I picked it up today and it honestly looks brand new, inside and out. The entire team provided excellent customer service and kept me updated every step of the way. The receptionist was especially kind, warm, and welcoming, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier from the start. They worked directly with my insurance (Allstate), which made the process seamless. Although the repairs took a bit longer due to weather-related delays in parts arriving, they were very apologetic and transparent about it. Considering the amount of work done, the timing was more than reasonable. I'm extremely happy with the results and truly appreciate all their hard work. Thank you so much!

I had a battery alert on my dash yesterday and because it actually dinged I actually heard it over the radio. Anyway! Once upon a time I was a 20 year old woman bringing my car to college for the first time, worried…read moreabout my dad being 4 hours away if it broke down. Flash forward: I'm 25, graduated, married, bought a house, with the same car. What stayed the same? United Automotive coming in clutch every time I needed them. The first time I had to bring my car in for an oil change, I almost cried because I was so worried about being guilted into unnecessary maintenance. I decided to bring it to United because it was close to me - a decision that would change my life forever. I had experience with auto shops attempting to milk me for all I was worth (which was literally nothing) for things like battery replacement, lightbulbs, etc because I went in alone, as a young woman, knowing jack about car repairs. I hated it. United took my car, had the oil changed in less than 12 hours, charged me $35, and APOLOGIZED for the "long wait". On my receipt they quoted me prices for three items of maintenance that weren't necessary but I could get in the future if I wanted. The tech explained to me thoroughly all the items and said none of them were necessary, but I could always come back and get them done later if I wanted. And then checked me out. It took a grand total of 5 minutes. I sent the receipt to my dad and he said that was the cheapest oil change I would ever find. This would begin my history with United and my healing journey with car repairs. Along the way I would get regular oil changes, a replacement oil tank cap within 24 hrs, a couple issues my brain fabricated because I was nervous but still got checked out, brake pad replacement, and a few other things I can't remember. Each time I got an apology for the "long wait" (nothing was more than 24hrs), quotes for 3-5 long-term maintenance items to keep an eye on, and the most reasonable prices I would be able to find short of my dad doing it for me (this last part from my dad, who lives 4hrs away). If you don't take your car to United you're making a mistake. One million stars/5

My husband asked him to stop so he could take "before" photos and he started working on it. A few seconds in, the guy flipped out. Said he wasn't going to do the job, he doesn't get paid enough, people have taken advantage of him, has trouble with the service, etc etc. We were trying to cover ourselves with/for the rental company, that's all. Anyway, he called it in and then left. If he doesn't want to do this service, he shouldn't have his business connected to the rental car company. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for the next company in line on the cal list. I get his reasoning but he needs to take his company off the list and not waste customer time. I don't recommend this company at all.
