He claimed it was "still swollen" at first and to wait for swelling to go down for it to look better. Then, after a few months, it still looked the same. I went back and said I was still unhappy that it is asymmetrical and that it doesn't look good, and he gave me an attitude and said "well nobody has a perfect nose!!!" Excuse me? I spent nearly 13k on this nose. IT SHOULD BE PERFECT!!!!!!!! 3 years later it still looks the same by the way. It had nothing to do with "swelling". He offered to revise it to "fix it" but I absolutely did not trust him at all so I did not accept the offer. I'm hoping to save up and afford a revision with someone else in the future. Also, still to this day, 3 years later, my nose feels very sensitive to the touch and as if it hasn't completely healed.... (That's not normal!) im oftentimes worried what the inside of my nose actually looks like and if there's issues internally that I can't even see. My surgery went hoursssss passed what it was supposed to - and they told my mom, who was waiting, that "they couldn't fuse my bones back together" and that there was an issue but claimed everything was fine and good and blah blah blah. I took his word until I began the healing process. I wonder what actually happened while I was under. Why did it take an extra like 2-3 hours? What did you do wrong to me that I don't even know about? Explains why my bones on either side don't match at ALL. I feel bad for leaving a negative review but this is MEDICAL and life ruining and damaging. It took me a year to accept my new nose and negatively impacted my self esteem SO much. Luckily I've reached acceptance at this point and hope to change it in the future. Look elsewhere!!!!

I was left disfigured with cobra like indentation under my chin and painful lumps and platysma bands on my neck that needed an URGENT revision surgery that cost me over $12k. He also did a tummy tuck with Lipo that was also BOTCHED and needs a revision. It's been 2 years and I am still in a great deal of pain. I was told the office was out of Botox so they injected me with another " similar" product. I waited about a week, not seeing much improvement, I contacted their office: "You have to give it a couple of weeks" I was told. Then on, or about, the 3rd week I contacted the office again. I was given an appointment (follow-up) a few days later. When I presented myself, still during the 3rd week of my first visit. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! Bottom line, I didn't ask for a different provider, they scheduled it. And I didn't wait too long to contact them ( all happened within 30 days). And I had called their office at least 2 times regarding the lack of result. Yeah, I'm disappointed.

He was my doctor back in 2014 when I underwent a breast augmentation and lift. At the time, as a very busy professional, I was curious about his "one-day recovery method." All went well--his method really did work. I had my surgery, and after a long weekend I was back at work with no issues. After Covid, I began experiencing health issues with my breasts, not related to my implants but rather due to an immune disease I developed. Dr. Epstein was there for me every step of the way, even though my complications had nothing to do with my implants. He always gave me an appointment, took my concerns seriously, and ultimately helped connect me to the right specialist who gave me a proper diagnosis. Earlier this year, I decided to have an explant. Dr. Epstein never hesitated or tried to convince me otherwise--he was fully supportive and performed the surgery himself. I trusted no one else. His in-office medical center is top notch, his staff is incredible, and they always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The surgery went perfectly, and thanks to Dr. Epstein, my breasts look phenomenal--as if I never even had an explant. I'm so happy with the results. More recently, I experienced a flare-up of my immune disease and needed a breast abscess drained. Even though Dr. Epstein was away internationally, he never left me without care. I have a rather complex medical situation and they take the time to really take care of me. They do this with all their patients. They are caring and knowledgeable. The one thing thats worth making a note of is you can expect long wait times to see the doctors. This is because of the personalized attention they give to each and every patient. As long as youre expecting it, its not that bad. When it comes to doctors these are the best primary care physicians around. With hours Monday through Saturday, it is relatively easy to get an appointment if you are sick. They even have blood lab right in the building. I highly recommend Smithtown Medical Associates!
