Today was the first day I have ever shopped in a store, and put all the merchandise in hands down because of the blatant disrespect the blonde-haired girl up front. From the start, there was no welcoming words or acknowledgement a potential customer, she stayed on her phone THE ENTIRE TIME. By the time I shopped around and got what I thought I was going to purchase, without anyone helping me find certain things. While standing in line, I watched as she was helping a customer, however you can't possibly help a customer WHILE BEING ON THEIR CELLPHONE! Depends on IF and WHAT customer person u can get to wait on you and what they charge you at checkout. Daughter and I came in this week and bought 2 heavy weight coats from half price off room to the left as u walk in. PAM cashier said mine was NOT on sale so not half off since only size and I needed one for my trip AND in sale room - had two different sticker ! Daughter loves hers but I found my older coaton at the farm so took it back for cash I paid. PAM (another cashier)NOW SAYS ALL SALE PRICES ARE FINAL AND CAN ONLY GIVE ME STORE CREDIT FOR MY ITEM BUT i never paid sale price. Former cashier PAM was wrong she says !Sorry she says; here's credit; come back for more merchandise after I gave them $150 for merch past week. I bought a pair of Ariat boots from here 4 years ago and still wear them. Going today to buy another pair and one for my son also.

After going into the Mauldin location to get a dickies mechanic shirt, I was told that they didn't have my size in the store and would have to order it. They took my information and told me that they would order it in a few days so the could have more that just one customers needs to order from the supplier. This I understand, but when it's been 15 days since I was in the store and they inform me after I call them that they just had ordered and it would be another 7 days for shipping. This is quite ridiculous, normally I would suggest supporting local businesses but save your time and money and just skip Harrison's Work wear all together if they have to order it, I suggest Amazon cause you have a better chance of getting it quicker from China than dealing with them. - Todd Pressley read more

I came here to get some steel-toed boots for work. They actually have a great selection of women's shoes... another place I went to prior had only 3 choices of work boots for women. However, I was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. The store is quite large so it would've been helpful if someone had led me to the right direction. read more

The Harrison's store in Spartanburg is the worst place to buy any thing . They say they have a return policy but when it comes down to it they refuse to by using false accusations about the return . I had a receipt and they never looked to see we bought the shoes only a day before but instead insisted the shoes were worn . If you are paying 100 dollars for a pair of shoes you should be able to return them after one day no matter what .how can they be that worn in one day .they are full of it. read more

I was a loyal customer at the mauldin location bought a pair of steel toe boots over 100 hundred dollars, shoes starting busting in the back of the shoe and I only had them for 5 months,the sales person was nice and call the manager also said to the manager the boots should not be busting open like this,the manger told me he could not do anything but sell me another pair for half off read more

Do not shop here! They are very unprofessional! I ordered a an item that they didn't have in the store and when it came the size was too big and they told me they couldn't do an exchange and would not refund my money. The owner was so rude to my wife and finally said " oh lord, come in and I'll give you your money back!!!" There return policy on the website states that for ANY reason if your not happy with a purchase return it for a full refund. Will not be giving them any of my business and they lost someone who loves carhartt. They need to learn how to treat customers! read more
