They advertise that they have in car teachers but really they don't…read more They will tell you to log in at the beginning of the month to schedule in car training but they don't have enough to meet the demand. Logging in at midnight on the first of the month and they have no availability. If you call to schedule they only have a small window when they will answer the phone. Office closes at 5pm and they shut the phones down for lunch. Because they never have enough in car teachers it's taken me too long to complete the program for which i just got changed a fee. Even tho they don't have enough teachers to let me complete in a reasonable time frame. The teachers that we've had have been great when we can get them but the office and there web portal is not worth the money.

Conveniently enough his dash cams that recorded inside and outside of the vehicle were not working at the time so it was solely based on our statements with no evidence. There were times when he would leave other drivers in the Casey's parking lot in Harvard waiting for their ride. Unacceptable. He was incredibly rude to my daughter and a complete jerk. I regret giving this Company my business. My daughter deserved a better/safer experience. Please do your research before making the decision to pursue with Midwest.
