When I woke up my neck was killing me and I needed to get adjusted. Thank heavens he was open on a Saturday! Before our trip I meant to visit my chiropractor where I live in SoCal but wasn't able to. During the exam he used a machine that kind of massaged my spine before he adjusted it. My doc back home doesn't use that but it felt really good. He adjusted me exactly where I needed it, and told me that the soft tissue would still be sore for a couple of days and that I'd need to massage it out. Altogether he was a good doc and listened to what I needed. The visit was $41 and totally worth it. Highly recommend.

I was then transferred over to Amanda (the RN) who was so rude and annoyed by me she full out told me she wasn't going to do anything more. Amanda also spoke this way to the staff member where I'm currently being seen who called on my behalf. Honestly, we both couldn't believe this RN was so determined to tell us to take a hike. I know the customer can be tough sometimes but I wasn't upset or even frustrated. I was just asking for a fax to be sent to my doctor. Before my surgery here in a different state I half considered flying back to Utah to have Brzowski do it again but I'm happy I stayed where I'm at. As far as the work from Doc. Brzowski I received 19 years ago, I was happy with it, and he seemed very caring. The nurse back then tried to talk me into doing something more extreme and I'm so glad I didn't. Staff are the heart and soul of the office. It's a large part of what brings us to recommend the office to others. I also want to add something Doc. Brzowski said to me that I've never forgotten. When I was there in the office to discuss my situation, I cried. I was so embarrassed and felt my womanhood kind of slipping away. I needed this surgery to help get a part of me back. Doc. Brzowski told me that this is why he loves his job, because he can help people who really need it. He was so very sincere.

I do not give single stars lightly. they are deserving and families need to understand why they are…read moredeserving. let's start with why I should have walked out on my first visit. you enter and when called back you are ushered into a cubicle reminiscent of time share operators. little glass rooms, with computer to figure out your payments. we carry double coverage. I needed 2 implants, with two separate ins we calculated the amount we would owe and paid over $3,000 cash for my deductible. we got a bill, called in and was informed that our Insurance Carriers' had been billed, that with our cash payment and insurance we would still owe over $1,000 more. Our insurance had paid more than we paid in cash. we were told we did not understand how insurance works. I'm a personal injury attorney, my wife works in medical insurance. I asked, "if the out of pocket was going to be so high above what insurance pays, why not give an estimate of the total cost. The dentist's response, "if I told people what it was really going to cost, we would do far less implants". He disagreed that our secondary ins had not been billed yet. said they would leave me with studs if I didn't pay their revised estimate. that no other dentist would finish the process. that the implants had been completed and he would bill me even if not installed. After calling our secondary dental ins, they confirmed they have never received a bill. End result, we were correct, we received what we had calculated as an overpayment. no apology letter saying, sorry you had paid all you needed. we were wrong on our calculations, sorry we treated you like "pond scum". nada... That final visit confirmed my initial timeshare impression. go with your gut when meeting service providers of any kind.

The incompetence started the day we arrived (Friday, 9/19) and is still going on this morning…read more(10/6)! There is NO supervisor available Friday nights and all day on Saturdays. There is nowhere to call and absolutely no one to help. Talk to your nurse...she was the problem! On Sundays the Director of Nursing is there. I spoke to her personally that 1st Sunday, the two sons had major complaints and received a call from the D.O.N. on the 2nd Sunday. We were all in a meeting to discuss the patient and what their prognosis was for him. The D.O.N., Director of Social Services, PT, and the Activities Leader. After the PT talked for most of the time, the Activities Leader asked the patient about his care. When he started telling about that very mornings lack of care, BOTH the D.O.N. AND D.O.S.S. WALKED OUT OF HIS ROOM! STATING THAT THEY HAD ANOTHER MEETING! THEY HAD NOT FINISHED THE MEETING THAT THEY WERE IN! I was so angry and disgusted at the fact that they left the Activity Leader alone to take our complaints, spoke VOLUMES on just how much they DON'T CARE and WHY WE ARE STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS! All we got was excuses from her and I doubt she passed anything along - with the exception of stating how RUDE they were to leave! Filled out a Grievance/Complaint/Concern Form on the 3rd Sunday! However, you turn these forms in to the Director of Social Services, YES the same one that walked out with the Director of Nursing!! My grievance form will never be seen or acknowledged! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU CAN FEND FOR YOURSELF BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU! CALL LIGHTS ARE ON FOR HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE FINALLY COMES!
