I was very comfortable the whole time. I haven't been back yet, but my husband and I are both planning to schedule with them in the next couple of weeks. What I do love about the location is that I didn't have to drive all the way out to 28th Street. Jason was very friendly and helpful. He had me sign a few forms (took 5 mins) and then showed me to one of their two rooms. It was clean, warm and relaxing. The massage was 55 mins long and Jason an excellent therapist. This was relayed to me when I went to book her a third time and had to call. They seemed to have blocked my ability to schedule online. Calling is the only method at this point. This is basically " cherry picking" the best tippers. I am a member, yet it doesn't seem to matter. You would not be refused service at a restaurant for your tip history, so nor should you at Simply Massage. It seems that maybe the help needs a wage increase as they emphasize tipping, leaving it up to the clients whom already pay $70 to $90/hour for servicing. However, it was also explained that the tip reason for rejection is supported by management, not just one therapist. I am weighing my future relationship with this company.
