    One will never have to worry about walking into a unclean, dull-looking Harris Teeter. That said, the employee experience wasn't as great as it could have been. My friend and I were in around 9am on a Sunday to get subs made before heading to Fort Fisher. The sub station was ready to go, but whoever typically is there to handle it was not. The first employee came across like we'd just asked her to get us to the moon while the second woman who came over flat out said, "I'm usually in cakes." She wasn't exactly a ray of sunshine. The subs were fine, I just expected a happier Teeter.

I suggest that you keep on them & check the progress of your prescription, repeatedly. This was my mistake. I'm relatively new to this pharmacy & have had no problems until now. I ordered a prescription refill from their web site on Monday (9/23). Now I'm aware that last week was an odd week so that's why I ordered this prescription a few day earlier then I have in the past (3 days earlier then normal). In the past I ordered my prescription about 5 days out from when I felt that I would run out of my prescription. This time I ordered a few days farther out to give the pharmacist plenty to time to pull the prescription, fill it, & get it out in the mail before I ran out. I usually received my prescription within 5 days, from when I order & receive it. Last week I ordered my prescription on Monday (9/23) to give the pharmacist plenty of time to get to this prescription, fill it & mail it before Hurricane Helene. I know that this pharmacy probably has hundreds of prescriptions to fill on a daily basis so I felt that adding a few days to my request would be a great idea (I added 3 extra days to my request). As I said, I ordered this prescription on Monday & on Thursday (9/26) I called to get the status on my prescription only to find that this prescription had been pulled on Wednesday, (9/25). The person I talked to was not helpful so I decided to call back on Friday (9/28). On Friday (9/28) I talked to a young man & explained what was going on & he proceeded to give me a tutorial on how to use their web site. I'm only 71 not dead & I've done rudimentary programs for business' like the one he works for, so his comment wasn't needed. Then he proceeded to tell me that the mail service would probably be affected because of the hurricane. I know where Wilmington (East Carolina) is located (I have relatives near there) & I live in Jacksonville, Florida so we weren't in the path of the hurricane. And I think the USPS is resilient in getting mail to where it needs to go. He told me that my prescription would be mailed on Friday (9/28); & guess what I've received nothing from USPS making me aware that a package is coming from MCSP. I'm in the process of finding another compound pharmacy due to the customer service that is lacking with this business. There are other things that I'm not happy about. Notice that this web site has no notification that it is a secure web site. Also take note at the time you request your refill you don't get a confirmation notice that your request has been received. So where is my prescritpion? You also don't receive notice when your prescription has been mailed. This is an absolute must in a business like this. I'm also upset that my request for a prescription was out on their web site for 3 days before someone pulled this prescription. That's 72 hours of this request floating around this web site & anyone that wanted to hack this business could have gotten my name, address, phone number, email, & more importantly my prescription number. With this number anyone could follow it back to my account that is on file with this business & find a credit card number on file or worse follow it back to my doctor & his files on me which has my social security number located in them. This is totaly unbelievable!
