Living in Montgomery County, I often deal with cold people. Right now we are experiencing some personal challenges. So I wanted to write and say that Paul and I were treated particularly well yesterday 4/7/26 by more than one team member at this store. Starting for me with the pharmacist who came from behind the pharmacy and assisted me in finding an over the counter product that has since helped me tremendously. She was so kind and willing to help without question. Then later after purchasing my items, I was standing waiting for my husband to finish with the groceries. Another team member from customer service saw me and asked if I needed anything. I told her I was waiting and she invited .me to sit and wait on one of the benches. Its nice to have such a kind store in our neighborhood

It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $1copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there. I didn't give 5 star because of the their poor communication with the doctor. I had to revisit the doctor office back and forth many times to "fix" the prescription amount.... Overall they were very helpful and kind people. They also offered me better alternatives that's wallet friendly.

I was back in an hour and after looking in the messy boxes near the front, the Manager said, "oh, is it 5x7? We don't have that size photo paper". WHAT??? Maybe you should advise your valued customers that before they waste their time? No apologies, wouldn't even look at me. AVOID CVS! Terrible Service. P.S. just got a call from that same manager who couldn't remember "which one I was", but said the reason they were out of that size paper was due to all the Christmas cards. Duh! That's what I was doing! Wasn't sure when the paper would be in stock, but probably next week. I assured him I would never go in a CVS again.

The parmesan cheese and the garlic taste hits with a big bang of course. I wonder if I could've heated the dip up a little. I'll do that some other time I usually don't purchase artichoke dip in the grocery stores but I do purchase it when I go out to restaurants but I wasn't disappointed at all. I would purchased the dip again i think it would be great for the holidays small get together or just like what I doing now a movie night for myself. I'm pairing the artichoke dip with some tortilla chips but it's great with pita chips, carrots, celery sticks or with a roasted baguette bread with a white or a Moscato wine. This is about their pharmacy medicine refill phone automated system. I called them a week ago to…read morerefill a prescription, I put in the info and was told that they would reach out to the medical provider. Now, a week later, I have heard nothing and when I called the medical provider to check on the status they said that the Gaint Pharmacy never called them to renew the prescription order. This has not been the first time that this system has screwed me over. The medicine is for seizers and can cause more harm if the meds are not or can't be taken. Please, can someone look into a better system or be more proactive in filling the prescriptions and reaching out to both the medical provider and the patient? This can lead to some really dangerous medical outcomes.

When I was 15, I stayed overnight here for mental health reasons. Staff didn't talk to me all…read morenight, even though I was mentally unstable and thinking about self harm. This was well before covid so they werent understaffed for that reason. They had no excuse to leave a potentially mentally unstable kid alone and unsupervised all night. When i was younger i never knew how messed up this was, even though I never knew why there was no one there. I was admitted after a suicide attempt, and i could've easily killed myself in there too. Terrible terrible service and almost costed me my life.
