I placed a refill a week in advance; refill was acknowledged and accepted by CVS. I called after 3 days of it not being ready for pickup, and was told it will be ready next-day. The following day, I was told the prescription had expired 3 days prior and that I had to schedule an appointment with my neurologist. It's truly disheartening how cavalier this location is with not just medication, but controlled substances that are necessary for patient's livelihoods.

I was surprised and thanked her. Got home only to find that none of my 5 deli items were in the order, most of my selections were Giant substitutions and one item that supposedly was substituted, I didn't even receive. I called Giant and was told that they had a really high volume of online orders that day, and couldn't complete my order. Oh well, guess I won't be ordering online from Giant again. If they only told me when I was there picking up my order that they did'nt have time to complete it, I would have went into the store and got the items that they didn't include in my order. Poor service!!!

Coming in on a Saturday mid-afternoon, I would've thought that more than 2-registers would be opened at this hour, but it was our (a large amount of us) only option. Not even including the self-check out as options, it could certainly encourage someone to leave without paying for items..... just something to note for later. L&P could be busy if they don't open their lines up to get people in and out, as I'm sure a lot of us desire.

With Joule I never have to wait as it is always in stock for me. I will never go back to a chain pharmacy again. The customer service is excellent and from drop off to pickup I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Joule is quick, efficient and most importantly a reliable choice when I need my medication immediately. In the past I have spent hours calling multiple locations of a chain pharmacy to see if they had my medications in stock. Each location cannot see the inventory of others within the chain. It is very frustrating, time consuming and in the end leaves you bewildered that in this day and age some corporations are so far behind. I can honestly say that Joule has been a delight to go to and would recommend to anyone that is tired of chain pharmacy's where you are just another number. Joule is like a mom and pop store that know you personally and always give the impression that they truly care about your health and well being.
