He walked me through maintenance, including how often to change the chlorine tablets and how many to use, in a way that was easy to understand. He also recommended raising our vents to improve airflow, explaining how that could help the system overall. What I really appreciated was that he wasn't pushy at all--he laid out the options, explained possible scenarios, and made it clear we could do it now or wait. We were scheduled for service literally the next day. Joe came back with (I think his name was) Anthony, and they were efficient, polite, and explained everything they were doing. But, there appears to be some sort of septic system on the property. How do a know? There is a 4", capped, PVC pipe coming out of the ground, by a tree. We suspect there was once a trailer or mobile home here. Well, to make a long story short, we came looking for info, and Lacey was so helpful. We learned everything we needed to know, and based on this experience, would consider Mowrey first for any septic related projects. Bottom line: I forget the exact number, but Mowrey has been here a long time. From when 377 was only 2 lanes. Wow!

There have consistently been portable toilets and mobile hand washing stations available. Based on the demand and number of workers, there has always been a cleaning and pumping schedule for the company that owns and services these units. I have not encountered a situation like the current one involving Gilbert Environmental porta toilets rental at the Wolf Hollow Power Plant. There have been concerns regarding the cleanliness of the toilets and the functionality of the hand washing stations provided by Gilbert Environmental. The toilet rooms have not been cleaned since the project began on February 20, 2025, and as of March 24, 2025. This situation requires immediate attention for health and hygiene reasons. The project has approximately 150 personnel split into day and night shifts. A call was made to Gilbert Environmental based in Granbury, Texas, but no action was taken regarding our concerns about cleanliness. The soap dispensers at all wash stations are currently inoperative, necessitating the procurement of bottles of liquid soap by the project company to maintain proper hand hygiene for both workers and visitors. Despite the waste tanks of the toilets being pumped, an unpleasant odor persists due to inadequate cleaning of the interior walls and floors of the mobile toilet units. I am not only dissatisfied with the lack of service but also perplexed as to how the company expects not to be cited by state or federal laws and/or nonpayment under these circumstances.

Toilets backed up everyday after their "service" until I returned to town and removed the blockage myself. Also noticed he didn't actually pump the tank. Paid by Venmo, big mistake, won't return our calls, and no receipt to show what we paid for...
