I called him and asked him if I would get a refund. 'Oh yes yes you will get a refund..'Since then I have gotten two invoices that say I still owe $177. I have emailed them twice. I have called at least six times and get the same answer. 'Oh we're working on it. The bosses aren't in right now. I'll call you back.' I understand they have to take a service fee out . I would like my refund. This was in JUNE. Today is August 6. I think it's been long enough.

I scheduled the repair and diagnostic was on Nov17,25 and the morning of Nov19th, the repair was done. It was like Christmas came early. They were the most efficient and friendly repair company I have ever dealt with. I would also like to add the price was so much more reasonable. I am still fighting Sears for a refund. Quick & Kind has restored my faith. I definitely recommend them for all your appliance repairs. Appreciate their honest.

Finally, he let me know that he would not be back due to the dispute. So I am left with a torn apart fridge. When I made the initial call to schedule the appointment I was quoted $85. I Cash App'd Dustin $85. Then he responds that the fee is $135. I paid the additional $50. I would not recommend him at all.
