I was informed that they do not have a machine to press pleats but they could press out the wrinkles. I opted to try them out and sadly, the jumpsuit came back wrinkled anyway. The shirt should have been starched medium and was hardly starched lightly. The jacket had a small white smudge on the front that I was able to rub off. The turn around was quick and i was texted when my items were ready. Dropped on Sat afternoon and everything was ready Mon morning. I was happy to find a cleaners that used less chemicals, but not so happy with the results.

I am shocked an appalled by the conversation I just had with this buisnesses so called "Manager". I…read moreshowed up and unloaded the tables and chairs just prior to 9am when they open. I called and checked the office. Having to go to work I decided to leave 2 minutes till 9. I left everything in a safe location next to door and was not visible from street. I received a call at 9:30 from "the manager" saying that I was being charged $25 dollars for a labor charge. What labor?! I unloaded 2 tables and 20 chairs in less than 1 minute. So I stated that I had to get to work and had their employee been on time someone would've been there. We're talking 2 MINUTES PRIOR TO OPENING. When I argued this with the "manager" he stated I was acting like a child over $25 dollars.. Wow! I couldn't beleive what I was hearing given this person is probably living at home with their parents and I'm a hard working working professional business man. I have never felt with a situation like this. Ever. When asked to speak to the owner he refused to give me their info and stated he would discuss it with them Monday. Completely unprofessional business. The lack of caring and understanding is appalling. I Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
