Their…read moreHummusapiens "All in One" Bowl featured hummus along with falafel, halloumi, makali (fried eggplant and potatoes), makani (beef sausage), bulgur, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and pickles. This was a tasty combination made with fresh ingredients, but the highlight was the creamy, tahini-rich hummus. We also got the Lebanese BBQ, a mixed grill platter with chicken kebab, lamb kebab, and kefta kebab, served between two rounds of flatbread brushed with a red pepper paste, and topped with potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and herbs topped with sumac. On the side came hummus topped with spicy zhoug, along with grilled tomato and pepper. Finally, we had the Lamb Mansaf, spiced rice topped with grilled lamb cubes and served with yogurt and fattoush salad. Strictly speaking, this was not Mansaf, as it wasn't prepared with jameed (aged yogurt), but it was decent for what it was. Overall, the food here was all tasty, but the hummus was the real highlight.
