I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that I worked with her for over a year in getting quotes for my insurance before I actually purchased coverage with her. I had been with my current carrier over 20 years so it was not a decision I made lightly. However, I will tell you that the level of service that I received, even as an inquisitive prospective customer, was some of the best I've experienced. The fact that Christina was ALWAYS willing to pick up the phone and talk through my questions (and I had many) is a testament to her commitment to be there for her customers. I will tell you I did get some great rates on my auto, home and umbrella insurance. But honestly...the service is the main reason I choose to work with Loiselle insurance. Every interaction has been friendly and professional. I feel safe and confident trusting them with insuring my family. You really can't put a price on that!

    I contacted this company with regards to placing a claim against a contractor they represent. I…read morespoke with Justin Williams, a Claims adjuster, about placing a claim for damages done by their client. He stated he would look into it and notify his client about my issues. The following week, I called again, asking about the progress of my claim and telling him of homeowners policy and what that covers. He asked why don't they cover all the damage. I explained as best I could what my insurance covered per my insurance. Since then, I have tried contacting him several times with no call back from him. I believe this company is not going to do anything to help me since the initial call was several weeks ago. Given that I am a senior citizen with limited income and resources, I find this treatment from this company wrong and unfair. I am giving them 1 star only to add my comments.

Not only that, the guy who called spoke his name and the company name so fast he couldn't be understood. He asked to speak with the person who handles our insurance and when I said "Nobody" (knowing this was a cold-call and useless to give to the bosses as we are highly satisfied with our insurance company), he asked if nobody does it or they're not in. I said they're hardly ever in but if he could give me a number...and then he hung up. If you like rude people who can't be bothered to do their homework on a business, these fools are for you.

    I learned the hard way that this is the WORST INSURANCE CARRIER one could have. The agent takes…read moreyour money, provides policies and then washes his hands of you when you need him. Initially, I attempted to file a claim by phone. Following 3 very long holds, I finally filed an online claim. This claim was for a flood of which an an appliance repair company was at fault. I made this point very clear at the beginning, and provided the at-fault party information for subrogation. No one ever came out to estimate the damage. The so-called adjuster sat at her desk (when she wasn't sick) and accepted photos to estimate damage. I received a total of $1100 for a flood costing me in excess of $10,000. I spent 3 months forwarding pictures and disputing the items "not covered" according to the "office adjuster". It became a daily job. All disputed items were clearly covered in my policy. She claimed items weren't mentioned in my original claim. The misinterpretation was due to the location of my clothes washer (in a closet in my bathroom, above both my garage and basement). Had an adjuster come out to see the damage, they would have seen the set up and proximity, which is extremely difficult to show 3 floors in pictures. When I finally gave up, I learned that my homeowners' was increasing by $2000 at renewal for 5 years. I then contacted the "office adjuster" leaving 3 phone messages and minimum 3 emails, to get a phone number and contact for the subrogation department. After 3 weeks, the adjuster did accept my call to say they did NOT subrogate, claiming that I chose to not subrogate. I don't believe they have a subrogation unit, as an Attorney Fucks had attempted to contact me and I dismissed his emails and calls. Really? The outcome: I took a $10,000 hit to correct the water problem, I paid Allstate back for the amount of the claim $1100, my insurance renewals have increased by $2000 per year for 5 years. For a grand total of $21,100. The topper is that Allstate has not removed the claim from my record. So, why do I need this company? Stress and nonsense?
