100% pyramid scheme. Do not give them your information if you are in the market for insurance. They will harass and hound you to give them names of your family and friends because their "leads" are recycled or nonexistent. Their prices aren't great either, and overall they are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. They try to terrify people who cannot afford insurance into buying from them with scripts that are full of completely made up statistics and lies. If you're looking for employment, please don't apply here. You will be expected to pay for your own training and exam (approx $350) and you do not get this money back. Training week and orientation are unpaid, cult like, and full of lies about the money you will make. This training week is ten hours a day of script memorization and tips about how to manipulate people into buying insurance (they want you to lie. A LOT) Since they are technically a pyramid scheme, they hound employees to bring in people to work under them but only when they aren't hounding you to give them YOUR family members who they want to sell insurance to-again, this is because the only way to make money here is to scam your own family and friends and most people have put them on the do not call list (something they take great pride in is finding ways to "get around" the block list, which I found so suspect). Terrible environment and they never stop hounding you to screw over your own family. It's truly a bizarre and creepy place. Save your money and your sanity and STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The reviews you see that are glowing were mostly written by management to suppress the real reviews (confirmed this with a former employee who said this was a good portion of her job).
