We are truly grateful to Dr. Harner and his entire team for the exceptional care, professionalism, and attention they provided throughout our son's orthodontic treatment. From the initial consultation to the completion of treatment, we always felt informed, supported, and confident that our son was receiving excellent care. The beautiful office, welcoming atmosphere, and delightful front and back office staff made every visit a pleasant experience. Over the course of treatment, we came to appreciate the thoughtful, individualized care Dr. Harner and his team provided. Careful diagnosis, thoughtful treatment planning, sound clinical judgment and foresight, as well as the care and patience shown when adapting to changing circumstances, were evident every step of the way. As someone with professional experience in the orthodontic field, I especially appreciated these aspects of our son's care. We knew our son was in good hands from the very beginning. The final result speaks for itself: a confident smile and a bite that is healthy, functional, and stable. Most importantly, our son is very happy with the result. We definitely recommend Dr. Harner and his team to anyone looking for experienced, highly skilled orthodontic care. We couldn't be happier! read more

Best orthodontist in Orange County. His office is near the Five Points shopping center on Main Street. Dr Harner is very caring and very patient. He explains all the procedures well. His staff is amazing. He has a beautiful office and all the new modern technology making the appointments very easy. Lots of parking out front and lots of chairs to sit in at the waiting area. Really nice staff, dentists and assistants. Welcoming place and my daughter feels comfortable going to Harner's Ortho.

I have been seeing Dr Harner and his team for my Invisalign treatment for about 6 months, and I am so pleased with my experience. When I first scheduled my appointment, I got good vibes from the staff. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Harner is extremely kind and honest, which I appreciated! I am still in my treatment, and every time I go to the office, I feel so grateful that I chose this office for my smile. The staff is always kind and accommodating as well. Definitely see Dr Harner for your orthodontic needs! read more

My 10 year old was/is a big ortho project, requiring Phase 1 treatment and will also need a Phase 2 as he gets older. For those of you with young ones, be aware that Phase 1 is sometimes required to avoid oral surgery down the road. Not only do his teeth look *FANTASTIC* now, but the empathy and professionalism Dr Harner displays is a 10+ out of 10. My child was highly discouraged after seeing his classmates removing their braces, and when an associate looked at his teeth and mentioned activating springs (yet again) and rubber bands, he lost it and started crying. The associate mentioned he wanted to consult with Dr Harner before moving on, and Harner took one look at him and said, "we can do the same thing using Invisalign type retainers and rubber bands. I've seen great results doing that. We can take the braces off; let's give him a nice break". I feel that doc is great at reading his patients but also well versed and up to date on current and available treatments. I find the office trustworthy. (As a side note, my 13 year old also gets ortho treatments at their office, but he's a much more mainstream case and doesn't require nearly as much involvement. Scheduling has not been an issue for us, and the pricing contract has remained consistent. I recommend this office, especially for children. They are in good hands. read more

Love love love them. They make you feel so welcome and are truly the best. Can't recommend them enough. They are truly caring, make everyone feel special, remembered (like professional family) and they are a great energy as a whole. read more

When I was a kid, my single mom couldn't afford braces on me. When I was old enough and was in the Army, they told me that as long as I could shoot straight, my teeth were fine. When I got out and got married, it was just never in the budget. Well, after a failed marriage of three decades, there was no one left to tell me that my smile no longer needed to resemble the mouth of a Mako shark. I now smile with confidence and Dr Harner gave me a price and care worth smiling over. I can not recommend Dr Harner and his outstanding staff enough. Even teeth cleanings are easier now. I can't believe I waited this long. Mike Barnard read more

I had a very pleasant invisalign consultation done here. I arrived to my appt and they immediately put me in a room to take pictures of my teeth and profile. The assistant was super kind, polite, and gentle. She placed a mirror in my mouth and took pictures of my teeth. Then I was seated in this huge machine thing that I believe took my profile pics. Then I was guided to the ortho's office and had my teeth 3D scanned which was dope. The technician tried to be as gentle as she could, but because of my wisdom teeth growing in and my narrow jaw she had to be a bit aggressive. Eventually she was able to get an adequate scan and I had to patiently wait for the ortho to come in. Ortho arrived and took a look at my teeth. He was able to identify all the cosmetic issues that would be fixed with the invisalign. He was very direct and polite about it. This entire process was pleasant and I highly recommend everyone try it. I hope to return to this office once I get the funds. It's much pricier than the other consults I had, but I feel like they are the most trustworthy. read more

Dr. Harner and his staff are amazing. I'm able to get appts that fit our school and work schedules; office is clean, beautiful, and seems technologically advanced; staff make huge efforts to communicate with our insurance; everyone is efficient and pleasant. Dr. Harner warms my heart because when we needed an emergency Saturday appt because my daughter's brace wire was hurting her, he was very compassionate, kind, accommodating, and professional. He called back immediately and saw us that same morning. read more

Dr. Harner and his staff provided a great experience with my Invisalign. As an adult, I wasn't thrilled at the thought of braces for the third time (my first two as a kid were not through him), but they made the process easy and they even helped expedite the timing. I would highly recommend Dr. Harner and his team for your orthodontic needs. read more

I am so happy I chose to start my Invisalign treatment at Harner Orthodontics! I had my consult with Dr. Layla, the associate orthodontist. She took the time to listen to what I wanted to improve with my teeth and bite, and helped me visualize the end result. Dr. Layla and the entire office made the Invisalign process really smooth and comfortable for me. I am a few months into treatment and I already notice a significant improvement in my teeth! Thank you Dr. Layla and the Harner Orthodontics team! read more

We love this Orthodontics team. They're always very friendly & professional on the phone & in person. Dr. Harner is very knowledgeable in his field & gives us the best treatment needed for my daughter's case. I appreciate how he uses the state of the art technology & shows us what needs to be done. I brought my daughter to this clinic more than a year ago wanting to get started with braces but Dr. Harner did the testing & evaluation & discussed with us to wait for the right time. Last week, my daughter got her braces on. She was nervous but the nurse was very gentle & made the process easy. They also provided a nice little care kit for my daughter to take home which was very helpful for cleaning & flossing. Thank you Dr. Harner & team! We definitely recommend you. read more

This office is horrible. They don't even reach back out to you. First time I went here he couldn't even re send me my Invisalign plan.. (he only made it viewable once so I was requesting that he resend it.) I went back two years later & only went back because the office is close to my house but even after talking to him this second time, he failed yet AGAIN to follow up with me in regards to my treatment. The only thing they did reach out to me about was the price, of course. Definitely do not recommend going here. Don't even waste your time & take your business elsewhere. read more

Very nice staff and dentist! My son never feels pain from his braces being adjusted. They're very professional.

On behalf of me and my family who was treated here: This orthodontist is similar to a puppy mill. All they care about is money, resulting in them taking patient after patient. They are so full and overbooked here you will be waiting in the chair for the actual ortho to see you for 30 mins+. They make no time for you and do not care about how your teeth turn out. I myself, was "treated" for an overbite. I expressed my concerns many times throughout my treatment process and they brushed it off. Two weeks before I got my braces off he told me, "my treatment plan is over (2 years) and paid off, so wear your rubber bands consistently (which I was doing) and we will take them off." The day rolls around I get my braces off, the assistant sees me and waits for the OK to take my braces off. I was waiting in the chair for an hour before he came. However he didn't even look at my teeth before giving her the OK to take my braces off. She get's to taking them off and since she is an assistant, she left an ABSURD amount of left over glue on my teeth. So bad that whenever I went to the dentist a few weeks later they spent and hour trying to scrape most of it off. (She was also curious who my ortho was). Anyways, he finally comes to see me, and I have gaps in my bottom teeth that I physically had to point out to him for him to notice. This is not an exaggeration either. Weeks prior I told him about this and he attempted to fix the problem, but it didn't work, yet i'm still somehow getting them off. My braces come off and they give me a clear retainer to wear. My overbite is still apparent so they give me trays to hopefully fix it every few weeks. (Why would they take them off if they're not ready??? )After I run out of trays, I didn't come back for a while thinking I was just forever was going to be displeased with how my smile looks. Then I realize I never received my permanent metal retainer to wear at night, which is why my teeth are shifting. Now because of this whole ordeal, I have not only spent a couple thousand on my braces, but will be spending more money getting Invisalign at another ortho. I had also previously left a voicemail hoping for them to get back to me, but the fact that they never responded just shows me where their priorities lie. So just to preface, they overbook people and the orthodontist's don't have enough time to care and look at your teeth. read more

Dr. Harner and his team are incredible! I was originally going to need braces for 2+ years because my teeth were so messed up. I really didn't want to do braces and spend most of my college years with braces so he worked his magic and put me on an Invisalign plan despite me not being an ideal candidate for Invisalign. I always wore my trays outside of eating times and sure enough, my teeth got perfectly straight in less than 2 years and by graduation day I had a bright, straight smile! I felt very confident going into the "real world" after college. Couldn't be more thankful for the work Dr. Harner and his team did and would highly recommend going to them for your Ortho needs! read more

Disappointed with the handling of my case. Came in during the week for a consultation on braces and received my billing plan to review before my next appointment. After reviewing my billing I decide to schedule my next appointment the following week only to receive a call, after my appointment was scheduled, that I would need my wisdom teeth removed prior to having braces. Since I was set on having Dr. Harner as my ortho, it is disappointing that I cancelled all other consultations and now have wasted two weeks due to a incomplete initial consultation. Staff was friendly and facility was clean, although service was not satisfactory simply because my time was wasted when this issue could have been dealt with on my initial consultation. Instead of a week later. read more

I have brought all three of my kids to Harner Orthodontics over the past 12 years and even though I am pleased with the outcome I am disappointed with how the individualized attention has gone down. My oldest two came in when Dr Harner first opened his office on Main street over 15 years ago. Back then Dr Harner saw each patient in person and spent more time adjusting and fine tuning for a perfect smile. As the years went by, we noticed that Dr. Harner spent less and less time with each patient. Our youngest finished her treatment, and she saw Dr Harner only 4 times during her 2 year treatment plan. The majority of times she was seen by medical assistants. The outcome was still good as we were happy with her results. read more

What can I say, this office and Dr Harner are the BEST! I have had 2 kids with braces and you could not find a more caring and knowledgeable doctor than Dr Harner! I highly recommend him! read more

Dr. Harner and his office are first-rate. He always comes across as very professional and caring, and it's clear that he does a great job of training and managing his office and staff because they are equally professional - always polite, helpful, and competent. We originally used a different orthodontic office, but after switching to Dr. Harner it was immediately clear to us that his practice was operating at a whole other level of sophistication and professionalism. It's a great feeling when you see someone doing what they do so well. We whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Harner - he rocks. read more

This place is great!! Everyone is very friendly and professional. My husband and I knew right away during the consultation that this was the right place for our son to have his braces put on. The doctor was very straightforward, knowledgeable and didn't give us a sales pitch, like we had received at a different local orthodontist's office. The office is also spacious and super clean. We are happy with our choice and so is our son. read more

Called to schedule a consultation and the woman who answered the phone had a nasty attitude, not welcoming, and was pushy for personal information. She laughed in my face when I would not give her my information, and told me she was 100% going to turn away business unless I gave her all my personal information, funny how I called a few months earlier where I spoke with another woman and she had no problem scheduling me an appt. with out giving out any information that I was not comfortable with, this woman today needs to be retrained or fired no company should hire such bad employees who are on a power trip gives the company a bad image. read more

I got my Invisalign express from these guys and found them to be very professional and friendly. Dr. Harner is honest and knowledgeable, something that is rare to find these days. He is also quite intuitive, realizing that I was an engineer he provided the in-depth detail about the treatment and long term maintenance, down to the case-studies. I wasn't expecting this but it was greatly appreciated. As for the staff, they are friendly and highly efficient. It comes down to the details.. every single appointment, they called and emailed the day before to confirm. Their scheduling was near perfect every appointment; they expected me each time and I never waited more than a few minutes. It is hard to believe that over the course of 7 months, they never made a mistake. If my kids need orthodontics one day, they are going to Harner! read more

Harner Orthodontics truly is a 5 star practice! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The exams are thorough and explained with patience. Very clean and comfortable. Affordable and on time!!! Dr. Harner is very conservative in his recommendations. My son needed the works to help change his bite and the difference is amazing. My daughter went in for a consult and he recommended that we just wait and watch how her teeth change. We are very pleased! read more

Harner Orthodontics is somewhere you can go and know that no matter who you are, you are part of their Family. My son and I found Dr. Harner by accident and it has been the most happy and lucky accident. I am in the dental industry however was apprehensive about my son starting his ortho treatment. I am a single mother and had the option of going with in my network and getting the work done. Like I mentioned earlier - BY ACCIDENT I called and made an appointment - I have never looked back. Their office is not in my network however after being in the dental industry for over 20 years and one visit to their office I was NOT going to go any where else and we haven't in over 4 years. Dr Harner and his amazing office staff have become Family to us. We trust them with every decision and plan they have for my Son's braces. In 4 years - they have not deviated from what they have planned and/or promised us. My Son's teeth have never looked better. Soon he will be finishing his Phase II and we can not wait to see the end result. We get smiles and a warm hello's EVERY-TIME we walk in and we walk out with the same smiles that greeted us and we also know that we had a great experience and know that we are on the right track with the ortho program created for us. All of our treatments are unique and Dr. Harner knows and cares about every single patient. Another great quality about Harner Orthodontics is that his office is always contributing to organizations, raising money, raising awareness, having skating parties, running contests in their own office to make sure all of their patients are following the protocols. They are constantly being creative and making their Family larger and larger with more and more new patients. A part of us will be sad when it comes time to part ways - but somehow I feel as though we will always stop by and say Hello. Thank you Harner Orthodontics. read more
