Not only are my alignment issues worse, but I also experienced damage to a previously healthy front tooth that I am now having to pay to repair. During one appointment, without my prior knowledge or approval, Dr. Dean shaved between my teeth. When he entered my mouth with his shaving tool, he accidentally hit one of my bottom front teeth and shaved off a substantial part of the tooth. This tooth had been in perfect condition before I began treatment and after he did this, it created a unsightly missing portion of the tooth. Shortly after this happened, Dr. Dean told me my treatment was complete, even though my original treatment goals had not been met, and my alignment issues had worsened. Once my treatment was complete, I had two separate attempts to have a permanent retainer installed. Both times, the staff members performing the procedure told me they were new and had never installed a permanent retainer before. On both occasions, the retainer popped off before I had even left the office. I am now facing the expense of a costly veneer to repair the damage to my front tooth. It is frustrating to have spent a significant amount of money trying to improve my smile, only to end up with worse alignment, an unfinished result, and additional dental expenses to repair damage caused during treatment. I received treatment at both the Tustin and Newport Beach office locations, and this review reflects my personal experience as a patient.

She yells back yes a night guard is covered then he examines my mouth and is working on a plan of what I need done but again I came in there to have my crown reattached it had been about 10 days since it had fallen off, so I'm sure my teeth had shifted somewhat. He did a little filling and some glue attached the crown. Told me about all the stuff I needed to have done. I went to the front office. They told me it was $650 and I was pretty appalled. I didn't ask for all that other service but I went ahead and paid the money now it's been five months and I get another bill for another $216. I'm like what the heck they want more money for gluing in the crown then I look at the Bill and there's a charge for a night guard which I've never received and it's $450 on the bill. $175 to recement the crown $125 for comprehensive oral eval and $182 for FMX - INTRAORAL again which I didn't ask for totally $932 now they want another $216.90 I called and they told me that the night guard was only 250 but on the bill it's 450 Not to mention that my appointment was at 9 o'clock, and when I got there, the doors were locked. They didn't arrive till about 9:10 and it took them a good 30 minutes to open up the office while I sat in the chair. Don't ever go there
