When we had our initial phone consultation she really put me at ease, and she could relate to and sympathise with the problems I have having, which was really comforting and reassuring. Claire and I had regular Skype consultations; the techniques we went through were really easy to follow and implement and really helped me to take a step back and manage my feelings and emotions.
