This week leading up to my wedding- Pomp and Circumstance has already saved me from so many mistakes. I consider myself Type A and fairly organized, but these ladies found even more efficient ways of doing things. They went above and beyond for our wedding. My veil ripped before the ceremony and they found super glue and climbed down on hands and knees to super glue it back together. Now THAT is exceptional service. I highly recommend Schwartz and Woodward for brides who want it done right!

I was recently at a wedding where this company was hired. The wedding was fabulous and the food…read moreyummy. There was so much thought and prep that went into the wedding that it was such a shame to witness the staff from this company act unprofessionally. The staff, an older couple, was rude and yelling at guests. the gentleman was irritated much of the evening at what is suppose to be a happy event. I witnessed children getting scolded for having fun, I got yelled at for taking a vase of flowers after the brides' family had told me to. The woman, I believe her name was JoAnne, was scolding guests for taking too many party favors and there were plenty left at the end of the night. Very unprofessional staff that didn't properly reflect the graciousness of the people throwing the event.

Lindsy played an INTEGRAL part in every phase of our wedding coordination - from budget/cost/contract management, vendor meetings, design support and timeline planning, to frequent conference calls, to-do list updates, tastings and errand running... Lindsy became my trusted adviser, confidante, manager and friend throughout the planning process. Our wedding would never have been as successful or perfect as it was without her help. Lindsy had a special way of turning the emotional and time-consuming parts of wedding planning into a fun and manageable activity for me, my fiance and family. She consistently went above above and beyond, made herself available 24x7 (literally) via text, phone, email and in-person meetings, and expertly managed some of of our more 'complicated' situations. Last minute changes? No problem. Tricky requests? Consider it done. Nothing daunted her. I would HIGHLY recommend Lindsy to anyone planning a special event. Her rates are incredibly reasonable, given just how dedicated she is to her clients. She'll take the time to make sure she understands EXACTLY what you want, how you want it, what you're willing to pay to make it happen and executes the plan beautifully.

I have met and worked with so many coordinators, which is the part I least like about doing weddings. They are typically fussy and frazzled the day of, and particularly unpleasant to work with leading up to. Lindsy is polite, hard-working and detail-oriented. She keeps things flowing without freaking out when something unexpected pops up. Perhaps that is because her attention to detail has prevented ANYTHING from being overlooked. I recently recommended her to a friend to use for her wedding. I worked the day of doing hair, but I also had the pleasure of attending the ceremony and reception. It was exquisite! The bride kept thanking me over and over for introducing her to Lindsy throughout the process. I could go on and on, but I will leave you with... She is simply the very best! Even though we paid for just the last month and day-of coordination, Jamie was available anytime with vendor suggestions and advice. I used her suggestions for florists and linens, and both vendors were favorites at my wedding! Whenever I was stressed about something, I knew she was just a call, text, or email away. She was always prompt and super helpful. On the days leading up to the wedding and the actual day, Jamie showed us just how necessary it is to have a coordinator. She stayed on top of vendors, created a master timeline for all of the wedding party and our parents, stayed at the church/reception hall while vendors set up, organized all deliveries, cut the cake, cleaned up post-party, and solved many a would-be crisis on the actual wedding day with poise. I got sick for an hour after overheating in my dress, which was totally embarrassing, and Jamie made me feel calm and kept my groom informed without drawing attention to our guests that I was missing. I knew that our party was in safe hands with Jamie at the helm. After the wedding, she has still kept everything under control! Our priest didn't sign our marriage license because he had to leave unexpectedly, and she coordinated with him, the church, and my mother-in-law to get everything signed Sunday and ready to go while we're on our honeymoon. We didn't even have to ask! Brides, take it from me and hire a wedding coordinator for your big day. Enjoy the last moments with your family and don't stress about vendor drop-off, set-up, and any mishaps that may happen the day-of. Jamie was worth every penny and more for her services! We truly can't thank her enough!

Stephanie showed up at the beginning to help put welcome bags in the rooms, but past that didn't do anything. Piper met with the parents of the bride and the hotel owner HOURS before bride walked down the aisle and Piper didn't say a word (didn't introduce herself or even say hello). Horrible representation as a business owner. For these prices - like are you insane... Wedding planner went over budget and messed up names on invitations and gave NO remedy for this. Further, we asked for a refund / some sort of compensation for the chaos that was Madeline bailing on the wedding and sending someone whose job could have been better done by a 4 year old -- NO response, we sent several emails and nothing - EXTREMELY unprofessional and we are super upset. Yall should be ashamed. Email or message me if you're thinking about using them and I can give more details. Don't waste your money.
