My 13 year old daughter wanted to take voice lessons and we found this place on Yelp. Her first lesson was free, which I appreciated. Her teacher, Miss Paige, has been amazing. She made her feel very comfortable right away. She's very encouraging. It's a little tricky to find, since it's in an industrial-like complex and is facing the back, but no big deal. read more

Recently recorded a single song as a wedding gift to my mom from me (I'm the groom). We danced to the song for the mother son dance. The recording was fantastic, next to all the other songs the dj played, it was indistinguishable from other big studio recordings. I got many fantastic compliments on the recording and my mom REALLY liked it, also made a few people cry (good tears). Erwin SAVED my butt by being super flexible with scheduling and was quick, professional, and great to work with. Aubrey was very nice on the phone as well. I have known Aubrey and Erwin for more than 4 years and I would not recommend anyone other than Aubrey for piano lessons, especially a young child... My daughter has been taking piano lessons with Aubrey for the past year and she is loving it.. We first brought her in, shortly after her 4th birthday, to see if she would be ready to begin playing. Needless to say, she quickly took to Aubrey's enthusiasm and teaching style and looks forward to her weekly lessons. As Erwin and Aubrey moved on to open up Harmony Studios, we followed them to continue with piano lessons for my daughter, who would have been heartbroken had we gone with another instructor. Harmony studios is truly amazing. My daughter recently started guitar lessons with Paige and she's made my daughter feel so comfortable. She's always wanted to learn how to play the guitar, but as been shy to allow anyone to teach her. My daughter already knows almost all the chords and is starting to learn how to play some of her favorite songs! Harmony studios is very flexible with hours, and everyone there is so kind! One day I ran into a friend who invited me to an open mic session (which I almost didn't go to), but for some reason something was telling me "just go". I'm glad I did! From the first moment I met Aubrey and Erwin I knew they were the real deal with an endless passion for music that illuminated through their pores like rays of sunshine. My daughter recently stated taking both voice and piano lessons. The studio is clean and inviting. As soon as you walk in, you feel calm but you also get the sense that the "seeds" of professionalism and hard work are being planted. Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy that my daughter is being taught music theory and that she leaves with new knowledge and "assignments" to practice at home. As an adult, I have been taking voice lessons from Aubrey for over a year. As a musician, I already had some professional training. I cannot imagine having another teacher. She is an amazing piano accompanist and singer. She is able to provide new instruction, as well as help fine tune a professional voice. Her new studio even has a recording studio. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Iveta has been an AMAZING teacher. She teaches you everything you need to know (and then some) to use and understand our beautiful instrument. She teaches how to read music, how to change registers, the anatomy of your vocal cords...Having no idea how to sing I wasn't sure if it was possible. She has shown me that it is! My team mates and I were treated to an absolutely amazing experience at Harmony Studios last week. As part of a surprise team-building exercise, our management team were transported to Erwin and Aubrey's studio where we were told that we would be creating a company jingle from scratch. Wow!! The majority of us have little to no musical experience so Erwin and Aubrey had their work cut out for them - a problem for other instructors, but not for Erwin and Aubrey. Their time tested creative process was as much fun as it was effective. Literally as we were putting words on paper, one of their staff members, Austin would put the words into music - on the fly! And it sounded amazing! Witnessing Erwin, Aubrey, and Austin as they collaborated back and forth, making tweaks to the words and to the notes and adding subtle touches here and there was an amazing experience to behold. We were all absolutely blown away at the end result. What was probably meant to be a fun team-building exercise resulted in one of the best professional experiences I've ever had. And best of all, the jingle is really good! We will definitely use it in our marketing efforts. I realize that our experience with them is not the typical experience that one would have as a student taking lessons, but it does illustrate how truly gifted and versatile Erwin and Aubrey are. It is apparent from the moment you step foot into their studio that they love what they do and are great at it. They are genuinely nice people and a lot of fun. You will not be disappointed. My son and daughter have been taking piano and ukulele lessons with Ms Paige for the past 4 months. Ms Paige is so talented and is the perfect balance of fun yet focused. She allows the kids to go at their own pace yet challenges the kids to practice and keep up with their learning. We were introduced to Harmony Studios last year through our home school program. This was specifically for our second child who has special needs and as a result of that he has very low muscle tone, very weak and low gross and fine motor skills in his hands. But he almost has perfect pitch and a musical ability that is high for a 7 year old. I have to admit, at our first lesson I was very skeptical about putting our son through music lessons in general because I thought it would be frustrating for our son, for us and even the teacher. But that perception, that protective heart was lifted as we finished our first session with Ausdin (Yes that is the correct spelling). Our son was so excited with his first Ukulele lesson and from that point on looked forward to every lesson after that and wanted to practice at home. I can't say enough about Ausdin. My wife and I are so impressed with him. I don't know if he's ever worked with special needs kids before but it would have never shown. His patience, CONSTANT ENCOURAGEMENT, and crazy fun engergy and enthusiasim keeps our son pumped up through the whole session. Ausdin's attention and ability to read our son, understanding him to the point that he knows when our boy needs a break is pretty sweet. It just shows that he really cares and that it's not just about the lesson, or the time that we have with him and just get it done. He takes the time and he gets through the lesson. I mean our son is learning to play the Ukulele!!! Ausdin is absolutely amazing and we're so blessed to have him as our son's teacher. Ausdin's musical skillset is broad and he has so much to offer. I'm trying to get my oldest daugther to take guitar lessons from him and hopefully my youngest boy will take some electric guitar lessons from him. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. The owners are wonderful people. The facilities and instruments are amazing and it has a great recording studio as well to compliment the teaching.
