When I told her "lighter", she acknowledged it but continued with the same pressure. When the session ended, she left the room immediately without offering assistance. Being 7 months pregnant, I had to roll to my side, carefully sit up and slowly help myself off the high bed to grab and put on my socks and shoes, which was a bit disappointing. On my long drive home in this heat and traffic, she texted me--after tracking down my number--to apologize and offered a $10 refund, but asked for my credit card info to do it and sent me 2 pictures. My phone dinged after another, she kept messaging, asking why I was dissatisfied. This is the reason why I was dissatisfied. Overall, I left more uncomfortable than when I arrived. The experience was unsettling, especially receiving anonymous texts afterward asking for my credit card information.
