I hired them to do everything. I kept them updated after every step of my to-do list that they provided between cleaning out the basement, breaking down the laundry area, and upgrading my electrical to accommodate the battery backup and separate breakers and outlets. They spent 2 days at my house working (3/30/26 & 3/31/26). When they were done, they told me that they would need to come back in a week to tighten some bolts because they had to pour some concrete and needs longer to cure. I said OK and just call me when they were coming back. Work finished 3/31/26. 4/8 - I texted the salesperson asking when they would be coming back. I was told that she would reach out. Nothing further. 4/30 - I texted again asking when they would be coming out. I was told to let her message him. Nothing further. 5/11 - I texted again about their return. She said that she would reach out again. 5/25 - At this point I was annoyed and texted her to just forget it. Told them now that they are paid and got their initial positive review that they don't seem to care . That I was disappointed. Doesn't give me hope for their yearly inspections for 5 years to make sure everything is still running well. So, I am taking away a star from my initial review.

I hired Tom Bartusis / ProCrete for a wall, staircase, drainage, and backfilling project. Several…read morematerials I paid for were not delivered, and the work was left unfinished after deposits were taken. A second licensed contractor evaluated the project and confirmed that portions of the wall and stairs will need to be demolished and rebuilt due to improper installation. Tom has operated under multiple business names, including Classic Concrete and Pyramid Concrete Construction, which appear to have similar reviews from other customers. Posting this to protect and help others make informed decisions.
