I must say from the very start Craig, was a pleasure to work with, from our first meeting all the way through the process. He walked our property with me as I explained to him what it was we were looking for and gave insights and suggestions that were within my budget. Most contractors that came out gave inflated estimates and were trying to price with "add ons" that were not needed. Once we chose BR, Craig was top notch all the way. He was communicative, open, honest, and most of all......on time. I can not tell you how refreshing that is!! Most contractors I have ever dealt with are all over the place with time frames and scheduling (what's new right). But BR was different. Once contracted they gave specific deadlines and not only met every one of them, but were finished early!! Early and quality work they will stand by. Amazing in this day and age! BR workers were just as friendly and polite as their principle. I would highly recommend BR Design and build. I would choose them again and again based on this very pleasant and easy transaction. Craig Smith and his team at BR Design and Build are fantastic. Thank you!

I am a female as well which makes it even more gross that their male representative could be so ugly. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Edit to response: I called with questions I had pertaining to installing a cover on my pool. Every customer has questions. I need to make sure you all fit my needs if I'm going to drop $15,000-20,000 on a pool cover. I have every right to ask questions. You started right off the bat as crude and rude "what do you want' very unprofessional and disrespectful. I stand by what I say and I told you I'm studying different pool companies to see which on fits ME best. No doing a survey. Maybe if you actually let me talk you could have seen that for yourself! I didn't need to speak to someone who is just trying to make a quick buck and selling me the most expensive brand. I wanted to talk to someone who actually installs them which I kept tell you multiple times and you just kept saying "what do you want get to the point". Very rude and unprofessional. I'm done speaking with you. Have a nice day.

Deisy and crew (Daniel, Gonz, Eddie and Tracy) showed up a number of times (my needs kept changing on them) and laid out all I needed to know, to make the right decision. Their vision was guided by their heartfelt concern for both my wife's needs and our budget. But overall: It was guided by their driving commitment to quality. In the later part of May 2026 Amazing Construction repaired my…read moreconcrete and brick porch. The iron railing was repaired and the metal post on the railings were replaced. The newly replaced posts were not made of iron . Per the contract, the entire handrail system was painted. The metal Repair consisted of cutting out rusted lower sections of handrail, fabricate and weld new replacement and metal sections as needed, weld and reinforced lower sections to restore structural Integrity. Also, grind welded area, smooth and prepare entire handrail surface for paint. Remove loose rust peeling paint and surface contaminants, prime repaired areas as needed, and paint entire handrail system with black metal paint for a uniform finish. Within two weeks of the project being completed, I noticed a lot of rust spots over the entire handrail system, and on the back bottom of one of the post that replaced was not primed or painted and is rusting as well. I asked Desi to come to my home so we can go over the issues with the railing. She didn't show up for the first appointment. I had to call her and she said she was stuck in traffic. We set up another date. She came out to inspect the issues and said that her company was only responsible for the metal posts that they welded on to the railing. I informed her that her company is responsible for every part of the handrail. You can clearly see that the original railing were not primed before painting. The soldering that was done on the railing is not done well. I informed Desi that the railings are loose and that there needs to be reinforcement added for more stability. I have before and after pictures, texts, and timestamp videos. As each week goes by there is noticeably more rust spots accumulating on the entire handrail system. I texted Desi again over a week ago and she said someone would hopefully come out this week to repair the handrails only. She has not contacted me in over a week. I am very disappointed with this company and I would like this matter resolved promptly so further damage does not occur. below are a few pictures of the rust issues. 9/25/26 Amazing Construction states that I accepted the corrected work that was completed last week. I sent an email to Desyi stating that further repairs need to be done on the corrected work. I did not accept the corrected work that was done last week. She has not responded to my email. I have been dealing with this company since June to try and get repairs corrected from when they originally did the work in May. I have had to reach out to the BBB and the MHIC for assistance since I received much pushback from this company . This has been a grueling and exhausting process to get this done. Communication with this company has been very unprofessional. I just want the work done correctly for the job that they were paid to do!!!!!

The pricing is competitive and the quality of their work is outstanding! Yazmin was always responsive to messages and answered every question I had. When I was unsure about the stain color for my floors, she took the time to meet with me and my husband twice to mix samples. She did multiple stain patches for us to see the color, and made sure I was satisfied before they finished the work. From beginning to end of the process, she sent us updates, progress pictures, and let us know the status of our job. When we had unexpected minor issues come up along the way (issues with our floors, not problems with their work), Yazmin reached out immediately and explained everything plus showed us pictures of whatever needed to be handled. Yazmin even gave us tips on cleaning and maintaining the floor to keep it in good shape. Her experience and knowledge is obvious, and Alluring Floors did a beautiful job!!! She and the whole team were a pleasure to work with! You can tell they all enjoy what they do and want to make sure that their clients are happy with the end results. I would 1000% recommend Alluring Floors!

The job was half done. I told him and asked him to come back and complete the job and he said it's normal for the weeds to come back and that a lot of his customers have him weed on a monthly basis... maybe a weed here or there, but I paid well for weeding and mulching to eradicate weeds and this was not our arrangement. Did not seem to understand that to keep weeds from growing back, he should have put down weed mat or sprayed - he did not do either and did not raise either as 'extra'. So, $300 for these areas and 2 weeks later it looks like my yard bed is heading back to where we started. Spraying here and there is reasonable as a homeowner, but as a landscaping company, I expected better service and more knowledge. He told me he did his job well and isn't coming back. I wanted to give a chance for someone to come back and correct, but he said no, so I want to leave an honest review for other yelp users looking for a similar project.
