Really good staff. Actually had a great experience. Super easy to book an appointment. Didn't wait around forever. Very satisfied.

He even proceeded when I made him aware that a specialist had advised that these types of dental issues could only be resolved by a specialist. However, he indicated that he is capable of resolving this issue and proceeded to recrown two (2) molars through a severely painful procedure. Afterwards, the right side of the mouth would continuously collide as well as the entire front side. Due to the pressure of the right side, the front lower incisor became misaligned. After a period, an email was sent to him by me explaining the dental condition. His assistant contacted me and said to come to the office early the next morning. During the visit at 6:30 AM, he proceeded to act aggressively and without any proper measurements at all, removed layers from my teeth with a reckless, offensive, negligent and injurious manner. It was a highly unprofessional and unethical conduct. Following that, breathing was extremely difficult due to his unhinged procedure. The right side of the mouth was entirely meshed together. As a result of this negligent and unprofessional conduct, I suffered severe and prolonged psychological as well as physical damage. Consequently, lasting mental trauma was induced by his unethical actions that were not compliant to any professional code of conduct. My family physician referred me to a psychologist as he observed that I was traumatized and had to undergo treatment for a substantial period including prescription anti-anxiety medication. Following that, approximately $35,000.00 in mounting dental expenses has been accrued with the problem remaining unresolved. It was clear that he was not capable of treating a patient with special dental conditions. Based on his qualifications, he should have referred my case to a specialist from the onset, instead of acting negligently and injuriously resulting in mental and physical damages.
