Their website made it clear that we had to supply our own cookware and linens and while we brought a cooler with ingredients for a meal, we forgot to bring pots and plates and towels. The owners did not have to supply us with anything but they were kind enough to lend us the items we needed and they did it with kindness. We are going to stay here again for another ONP backpacking trip this year. Highly recommend!

It was a nice play area for the kids, there appears to be a large amount of RV parking, there are a couple very acceptable port-o-potties, and most importantly there for some great rocky areas down by the water where the kids plus or minus you can go and explore! I've only been here when the tide has been in, but I can imagine what it is out, there are probably some pretty great tight pools. When we've been there, the small tide pools the form are great for looking for small fish, crabs, and see in enemies. It's basically going to the aquarium in real life! It takes a little bit to get here as it's about 10 miles off the main road, but the roads are nice and it goes quick. There's a more standard sandy beach just around the bend, but it's a private area and runs something like eight dollars a person to go enjoy it. We were more keen to hang out on the rocks after finding out!

The sites are located in a beautiful forest with large trees, moss and mushrooms, and a river adjacent. They all have a picnic table and a fire pit, although we were there during a fire ban. There are nice clean bathrooms with shower stalls. I really loved that this campground had some small trails through and near it, and I loved walking down to the river at the end of the day. It was really beautiful! The whole campground is gorgeous and we had a great time.

They reported one price on the web site but when you went to the office the quote was so outrageous I dont know how anyone could afford to stay there. All the sites went from 69/79 a night to $120 a night. There is nothing there worth $120 a night. The club house was only open from 8am to 5pm. Not much use in that if you need to use the washrooms. The sites are so badly laid out that the new owners dont know what sites fit the correct vehicle. The electrical is so bad that on one of the hot days in early July there was a power serge and it fried our whole system and now in order to get power to our unit we need to have it all rewired. My opinion is the new owners are just out for money instead of trying to fix the problems. I would not advise going to stay there, its not worth it.

The Inn was spotless, well-managed, and truly a notch above places we've stayed in the past. Breakfasts were outstanding and served with genuine care and attention--on real china, no less! The thoughtful touches didn't stop there: Dessert bar each evening, 24-hour access to coffee, tea, cider, hot cocoa, ice, and ice water made us feel right at home. While the rooms weren't huge, they were very comfortable, (and well equipped with anything we could need) and the well-designed common spaces more than made up for it. We especially loved enjoying dinner on the deck each evening--it was the perfect spot to relax and make memories. High praise to the owners for creating such a warm, well-run retreat.
