They were clearly not mine as I don't eat meat, and I am absolutely outraged that this was able to happen. What happened next was even worse. I called Wawa corporate headquarters to complain and ask for a manager. The person on the phone was not apologetic at all, would not let me speak with a manager, and told me the only thing I could do would be to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, as that was their policy. I tried to do just that, but as it was a pending charge and had not hit yet, the card company said they couldn't do anything until the charge went from pending to posted. I called the actual store and was told the only thing I could do was to come back to their location for a refund. So I had to drive 15 minutes out of the way each direction to go back there to have the charge removed. Luckily, I had a screenshot of my transaction from their app. Without that, I would've had no proof as to what happened. I used to skip the receipts when I went to Wawa. Never again. @Wawa, the way you handled this was inexcusable, and the fact that you were able to put someone else's charges on another's card is FRAUD and CRIMINAL! There happened to be a police officer in the place when I went back in there, and I tried to report the fraud charge, but he said he was from another area and didn't have jurisdiction there. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!

Admittedly, not my favorite place to stop, but I will make sue with the options that I have in front of me. When I pulled in to the lot I quickly noticed that I was only going to get one of the two needs met when I came here. See, at the time of my visit, and maybe at the time of me writing this, the indoor, convenience portion of this location was closed for remodel. I was a bit hesitant to pull in here, not knowing whether or not I'd be able to get fuel. Luckily the pumps were still up and working and they had a small makeshift building for paying with cash and small purchases. I pulled in, up to a pump, and paid at the pump. The prices for fuel were on par for the area. If fully functional, this would be a great stop. But seeing how my other need was not going to be met, I was on my way.
