However, as my appointment went on, Dr. Louie and her staff made me feel completely at ease. During my visit, I had X-rays taken and a deep cleaning. My teeth looked and felt so clean and polished afterward! I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated that Dr. Louie took the time to thoroughly explain my dental health. In addition to examining my teeth, she checked my tongue, evaluated my bite, performed an oral cancer screening, and even made sure I was flossing correctly. It was refreshing to see a dentist who genuinely enjoys her work and communicates so well with her patients. I'm so happy to have finally found my dental office. Went in around 9am with no appointment, within 45min I was getting x-rays and was led to the dentist chair. The dental assistant we're very nice and helpful. Dr. Kumar looked super busy but was able to check me out shortly after the X-ray, prescribed me antibiotics and sent m on my way. Went to the front desk for an appointment mentioned and they were able to schedule me within a couple of days for an extraction. Went in Monday for an extraction, ended up taking out 2 wisdom teeth, Dr. Kumar removed both teeth carefully within 20min! My pain is all gone, and will be returning real soon for a check up and continue the rest of my procedures. Pricing is very affordable and they also offer payment plans of needed!

But he was very shady and only took two X-rays and other things that didn't make any sense ... everything didn't seem right, so we decided to go to another specialist and we found out that the first specialist misdiagnosed my wife and was going to do a root canal on the wrong tooth,,,,, WTF. Thank God, we did go to that second specialist because he took care of my wife's problem and she's been good to go ever since. As for me,,, each and every time I visited this dentist I was in a lot of pain. I mean every time he injected me with the numbing I felt a lot of discomfort and pain. No matter how much numbing the dentist gave me I was always in pain.... So to me it was perfectly normal.. i didn't know any difference I totally thought it was normal...... Until I went to a different doctor that the second specialist recommended ...... AND OH MY GOD !!!! My new dentist, after doing a full work up explained that I needed a lot of work.... For example, i needed a deep cleaning. But the strange thing was when they checked my dental records it said I had already had it done,,,, but the new dentist could tell from just my examination nothing had been done for years,,,, Wow !!! For last three to four months I've been going every two weeks to have all kinds of different things done.... A crazy two session deep cleaning , Tooth caps ,fillings , a partial cap . And I'm still not done,,,,,, I'm trying to get everything back on track,,,, Also , talk about day and night, at my new dentist ( i don't fill any pain whatsoever) NOTHING !!!! what gets me is that I totally trusted this/my old dentist ... I mean my entire family has been going longer than me , for more than 20 years and he was doing the bare minimum ... talk about being deceived .... I'm so disappointed with him... Just be careful cuz there's a bunch of speed bumps like 3 feet away from each other. It's a small, older dental office, but the staff are super welcoming and warm. I've never had to wait too long, even with going with my family. There's a restroom before you head into the waiting room. Some magazines and a TV. Dr. Nguyen and her staff also do a very thorough job with teeth cleaning. I've gotten X-rays done here and she's referred me to a great specialist to take out the rest of my wisdom teeth. She takes Medi-Cal which is a god send. In the past I've gotten toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, etc. This time around I got fluoride for my teeth and my bro got this special tooth pick thing since his teeth are really close to each other.
