I called about 3 different dentist offices to see if they would take me in same day visit, no one would until I called La Puente Advanced Dentistry. Right away the receptionist felt my pain and made it possible to have me seen an hour later, I couldn't believe it. I get to the office and everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I really felt like I was talking to family members. I really was impressed with all the staff. I'm sorry I forget the Dentist name but he was a young dentist from the east coast whom took care of me and fixed my issue right away. Two root canals same day, but I didn't feel thing because as soon as I let him know I felt a little pain, he would numb me up. I want to thank everyone there I do remember a few of the staff and one in particular because she has the same name as my grandmother Luz. She was amazing btw, felt like I was with my sister. I also want to thank Noheli whom made it all possible for me to be seen and was really hospitable. I can't forget Monze, or Monzerat... sorry if I misspelled, but she also was super attentive and on her game. I really liked how everyone there makes you feel like you are at a family gathering or family party. I'm excited to go for my check up tomorrow. Thank God, we did go to that second specialist because he took care of my wife's problem and she's been good to go ever since. As for me,,, each and every time I visited this dentist I was in a lot of pain. I mean every time he injected me with the numbing I felt a lot of discomfort and pain. No matter how much numbing the dentist gave me I was always in pain.... So to me it was perfectly normal.. i didn't know any difference I totally thought it was normal...... Until I went to a different doctor that the second specialist recommended ...... AND OH MY GOD !!!! My new dentist, after doing a full work up explained that I needed a lot of work.... For example, i needed a deep cleaning. But the strange thing was when they checked my dental records it said I had already had it done,,,, but the new dentist could tell from just my examination nothing had been done for years,,,, Wow !!! For last three to four months I've been going every two weeks to have all kinds of different things done.... A crazy two session deep cleaning , Tooth caps ,fillings , a partial cap . And I'm still not done,,,,,, I'm trying to get everything back on track,,,, Also , talk about day and night, at my new dentist ( i don't fill any pain whatsoever) NOTHING !!!! what gets me is that I totally trusted this/my old dentist ... TEN STARS! I recently visited Imperial Dermatology and am so thankful I found Dr. Hou! The front office staff, Marci and Tiffany, were welcoming and transparent about pricing through my insurance. Emily, Lena, and Davina (Medical Staff) provided exceptional support, explaining everything in detail and easing my worries. I'm only 37 and I never thought I would have skin cancer, but they calmed me down. Dr. Hou and her team performed MOHS surgery right in the office just 10 days after my first visit, taking the minimum amount of skin as possible to successfully remove the cancer. They also took care of all the necessary forms and even provided letters to my employer, making the process seamless. When it comes to scary skin stuff, this is the only place I trust! I just can't see how someone can leave a bad review! I received a ton of skin care and sun care swag, and by my second appointment the whole team knew me by name and came in to check on me. BTW they call and confirm your appointment date and time at least twice leading up to any appointment so I don't see how anyone could miss/forget their appointment. I do appreciate that he took the time to listen, and the conversation itself was positive. Shortly after, my prescription was finally processed, and I received it on 5/1/26. It was also refilled for future use, which I'm thankful for. However, it took nearly two months to straighten everything out before I was finally able to receive my prescription. However, the overall experience still leaves me genuinely concerned. It took me being unusually persistent and more forceful than I'm comfortable with just to get a response from the office, pharmacy, and insurance. That shouldn't be necessary for a patient trying to manage their healthcare. More importantly, this situation caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety and has negatively impacted my health. I already deal with high blood pressure, and this experience elevated it further, which is both troubling and unacceptable when seeking medical care. At this time, I'm giving a 3-star rating in recognition of the effort Dr. Tomasian made to personally address the situation. I may update this after future visits. I sincerely hope his office improves how they handle patient communication and follow-through so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience.

The first step of my visit was a scan with their face machine. It showed me my problem areas such as wrinkles and dark spots, as well as skin age and what I would look like in 30 years. Then, based off of that they recommended Picosure to target the sunspots on my face. It was my first time getting Picosure and I'm definitely coming back for more! It felt like a spicy facial with minimal downtime. I definitely saw fading in my dark spots, especially on my cheekbones. I also received UltraClear laser and steroid shots for a scar on my chest that was starting to become a keloid. The shots helped to flatten the scar and the laser helped to fade it. From my understanding, UltraClear can also be used on the face to help fine lines and wrinkles. I also received a bit of Botox on the forehead to round out my day of treatments! This dermatology clinic is incredibly clean and modern. I felt like all the staff took great care of me and were super welcoming. I highly recommend May C. Louie, D.D.S. To begin with, a year ago, she set aside time to repair a chipped veneer, over a weekend, when her office was supposed to be closed. Dr. May Louie quickly accommodated her services to a severe and aching condition for me. That is one of many reasons why I'm extremely grateful I crossed paths with her. However, that's not all. I would like to convey that Dr. May Louie's extensive knowledge in dentistry makes difficult procedures a streamlined process. I think it's very important to follow and respect the schedule times, that's why I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Please don't overbook appointments and don't make your patient wait too long, it's stressful .

From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind and patient. They took the time to explain every step and never made me feel rushed or judged. They were incredibly gentle and checked in often to make sure I was okay. For the first time I actually felt calm in a chair.
