The price tag on the one we wanted (size 2T)displayed a $40 tag but my wife noticed that all the other ones of the same style showed a $34 tag so she asked the store clerk if it should actually be $34. The clerk rudely said that it is actually all $40 and she won't sell the others for $34 either. In fact, she removed them all from the rack and re-tagged them with the $40 price in front of us! No apology or explanation just rudeness. Needless to say we didn't spend a dime in that store and they would have easily made that money back on an overpriced bottle of water.

But yesterday was the first time I ever ordered the Irish Reuben. My wife and I were trying to decide what to have, when Louis (our favorite bartender) gave us the details on the Irish Reuben. This is not a traditional Reuben (there is no Sauerkraut or Thousand Island Dressing). The Corned Beef is baked in brown sugar consommé, Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, and Guinness Stout. It is served with Guinness Braised Cabbage, Caramelized Onions, and Swiss Cheese. It is incredible. This is on my Mt. Rushmore of sandwiches. It is that good. Usually some pretty big acts and lots of minor stages with tons of "free" bands that are usually pretty great too!! Now someone came up with the idea to open a shop in the Milwaukee Airport to sell merchandise, tickets and to promote this event to all who travel through Milwaukee all year long. This shop is perfectly located so that almost all travelers have to pass, so it's a perfect location. Some of the stuff is pretty sweet. T-shirts, hats and band memorabilia. I'm sure it's not any cheaper, but now you can buy your stuff before you attend in June and July.
