This store has a lot of bikes to offer. The staff was friendly and they know what they are talking about. I like the fact that they also host events like pictures with the grinch for families to come out and do something nice and free for their kids. There are bikes out front so if you bring any kids with you and they get bored you can sit them on those bikes and take a fees picture or shoot get on one yourself and have someone take a picture of you. read more

Hey the staff was friendly. Nice large selection of new and used bikes. Tons of gear. Didn't walk in to purchase a bike just kinda wasting time. Ended up with some boots. Had a nice chat with a very nice. Pushy salesman and the gals in charge of merch were super cool as well. I would recommend. read more

The Staff was friendly but the merchandise was very limited. I'm a XX LGR, the shirts that they had were smaller in size or way bigger. Their new shirts had only one design for all of their shirts. So if you like the design on their shirts, you might be able to buy the merchandise. read more

I LOVE riding my motorcycle! Just wish the cold weather would go away and the warm weather to return, so I could go one a bike ride. But I digress, this Harley Davidson shop is a little smaller than others I've seen, not to mention that its kind of hidden off of the Norwood Lateral. I found out about this location because I was doing "Ridin' On"'s (Motorcycle magazine) Ride 'N Roll Dice Run contest {Adding event later}. Service Department: Unfortunately I have to agree to the bad reviews i read about this dealership. I had a few thing done at my bike since it's the closest dealer to my home. It's always tough to drop off the bike after work so I'm kind of dependent on them. My first experience was when i had a service done at my Sportster and i wanted the to install a new speedo with fuel level sensor. I had to bring the bike 3 times back in till they finally figured actually out how to install the fuel level sensor correctly that it shows the correct fuel level. every time i picked it up i was told that it's now done correctly... The 3rd time i brought it in I expressed my frustration and they offered me a free 6k service what was very nice of them. Sales Parts/Cloths: The Sales department makes a way better impression on me than the service. I bought a Fulmer Helmet at HD of Cincinnati and they are one of the few Fulmer certified dealers in Cincinnati. None of the licensed Fulmer dealers had actually the helmet on stock i wanted to buy and I was told I had to order it and take it without knowing if the size I was ordering is correct. HD of Cincinnati was the only dealer that ordered two different sizes for me in order to find my size. This was very nice of them. The selection of cloths is also very good. They have as well often good deals on Parts during X-Mas and black friday. read more

Zero stars if it was an option. (GAME PLAYERS) Arrived and approached by blonde female. Said she worked there for nine years. Ask why the prices weren't on any of the bikes. She stated that it's something new they're doing. I asked to speak with someone to get a price on a bike. Approached by Josh. He stated the only way he could get me a price was to go to his manager. Dustyn approach me with Josh present. I asked to see the price on several bikes and he wanted to know which specific one. I picked one out on the floor. He went back and gave me a price of $29,000. I told him I wanted to see the MSRP and the information on the bike. He stated it was only in the computer. He then dropped the price another $2000. I asked again to see the invoice and he told me hold on as he would get the paperwork. He came back, no paperwork in hand and asked me what I wanted to offer on the bike. I told him I didn't want to make an offer as I did not know any details about the bike and I reminded him that he was going to get me the MSRP and paperwork. He stated it's their policy not to give that out. (why didn't he tell me that the first time?) WHY? Because they don't want informed shoppers, they don't want transparency, they just want to make as much money as they can off of you. This applies to most all dealerships. I told him that if I didn't have a general idea of the options and details of the motorcycle I couldn't make an offer. This is typical bullshit of most businesses these days. No different than working with a car salesman. (This place wants to take as much money of yours as it can) The blonde haired girl, Josh and the manager Dustyn all three told me that most people come in and write a check for MSRP. I kid you not. It's all recorded and will go on social media as soon as I speak with the owner. I done this because I got the same bullshit stories from two other dealerships. I would stay away from this dealership as the manager and another employee told me that the dealership was about to close the doors and another company called Buckeye came in and bought them out and saved them. I would not waste my time with these people. In fact, I now understand from an employee that used to work there, that he quit for the very reason that I am complaining about. No pricing on any of the motorcycles. No pamphlets nothing. You just tell them what you will give and they will tell you what they will sell it for. This is a new sales tactic with many of the local dealerships. I hope Harley Davison prices themselves out of business. Obviously if people are going in pay MSRP their not informed, their just spur the moment got to have it now no matter what the cost type people. (This is the very reason prices are high everywhere) I contacted the dealership and spoke with two people to reach out to the owner. Both employees did not know the owners name but suggested that I come in and talk to him. I asked if he was working today and they stated no. I asked why would I come in and talk to him if he's not there. They seem to be intimidated by people that are informed and want to know details before making a purchase. I won't go back because they have wasted my time and I'm sure they will waste your time. Seriously, I can understand making a profit of about $1500 or $2000. They want to make anywhere from $6000 to $8000. I will ride a bicycle before I ever sit my ass on a Harley Davidson again! This is the very reason the world is coming apart. Everyone has raised their prices and it's not justified. They're doing it because it is nothing but corporate greed. Can't wait until the economy collapses. Then we'll all be on the same level. I gave this location another chance to keep my business and it was a big mistake. I purchased a few parts for my bike and made an agreement to have them instal them... I stopped in two different times to make sure the parts being ordered we're exactly what I wanted. In these two visits I talked to three separate people and even had one of them take measurements and was assured they would get exactly what I wanted... So the parts come in over a month later and I bring my bike in to have them installed. My bike sat it there service bay for 7 days, a whole week before they even started on it. Once they finally had it done, two weeks later I get there to pay for the labor and they more than doubled the labor that they quoted me! The only reason I didn't get completely screwed is that I was able to show proof of of their quote which they first denied, it took every bit of an hour and a half just to pick my bike up... And once I finally got my bike back after dealing with a bunch if rude employees I see that the parts they ordered and installed at twice the quoted price are wrong! Not what I was promised. This location is pitiful! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost! read more
