I had my 2007 road glide serviced head light adjustment and a oil leak fixed between the engine and transmission. They do the work and I get down the road and I have more problims with my harley than when it rolled in the door now my oil pressure is pegged at over 60 psi I pulled over and called service and they said oh its fine. They did not fix the oil leak after $2250. So it went back on their dime to redo the service work now keep in mind this bike is very well taken care of and loved. It was in great shape Paint was almost as new. Now all these new problems start popping up after they have worked on it and all the problems are my fault now. It's 18 years old. Now after service a screw is missing that hold faring on. After the adjustment of the headlight. This was the service departments answer. "I would love to be your hand bearer in all things motorcycle related, but blaming my technicians for every minor visible flaw on a 18 year old machine, after 'few hundred miles that you ride, we'll it's rather stinky" That's nice right. Basically same low quality service same old song and dance from LVHD and ZION HD same company. Do your self and your bike a favor. Find a shop that has any feeling for another persons property. I don't have any trust in them any more.

I had never owned a motorcycle, didn't even know how to ride one yet, and didn't have my motorcycle license. Instead of being guided through what made financial sense for a first-time rider, I was sold a brand-new 2025 Harley-Davidson Nightster. The advertised price of the motorcycle was around $9,000. By the time freight, setup, dealership fees, warranty, financing, and everything else was added, the amount I ended up financing was about $16,500. My payment is roughly $300 a month at a 13% interest rate. As someone who had never financed a motorcycle before, I had no idea what that really meant in the long run. Looking back, I wish someone had taken the time to explain the total cost instead of simply getting me to sign the paperwork. I was also sold an extended warranty for over $1,080. Within about three weeks, I returned to the dealership and canceled it. I signed the cancellation paperwork and was told it would be sent to the warranty company so the amount would be credited toward my loan balance. Seven months later, I contacted my finance company only to learn they had never received the cancellation. I reached out to Red Rock Harley-Davidson, and no one could give me a clear explanation of what happened. That is completely unacceptable. Another disappointment involved the service package. I was told my first two services were included. When I later called to schedule my first service, I was told I would have to pay for it. That directly contradicted what I believed I had agreed to when purchasing the motorcycle. There were also things no one explained to me as a first-time Harley owner. For example, the motorcycle comes with very quiet factory exhaust. If you want the classic Harley sound, you have to spend even more money replacing the exhaust system. Nobody mentioned that during the buying process. To put things into perspective, I didn't even ride the motorcycle off the lot. It had to be delivered to my home because I wasn't licensed yet. That alone should have made it obvious that I was relying on the dealership for honest guidance and education throughout the purchase. Instead, I left feeling like I was simply another sale. Buying your first Harley should be exciting. Mine turned into an expensive lesson filled with confusion, poor communication, and promises that were never followed through on. I won't be doing business with Red Rock Harley-Davidson again, and I encourage first-time buyers to read every document carefully, ask questions about every fee, verify every promise in writing, and fully understand the total cost before signing anything.

I currently own bikes, but I was ready to buy one from Harley itself, and I went in. I walked around. I was here for about 5 minutes and not one single person said a word to me and to the point where I ended up calling my brother because I just felt very out of place and we sat on the phone and he encouraged me to stay and keep looking and just wait someone will say something and sure enough another 10 minutes go by and not a single word from anyone. I get off the phone. I'm in there for another three minutes and still nothing. I would totally understand if they were super slammed or something, but they were two other people on the floor that we were looking at bikes and one of them was about to get a test drive that is the only person that said something to me and that was a customer, not even an employee. Employees looked at me and I was a single one smiled or anything the counter Gurl finally at the end when she realized what was happening gave me a half hearted Welp sorry smile as I walked out the door irritated . Very frustrating you never know who's gonna walk through. That door is kind of just be friendly to everybody. Or at least say hey, we'll be with you.
