The batter on the fish and shrimp comes so crispy and golden brown. Absolutely sublime. The hash browns are cooked on a flat top and are crispy and perfectly done. The cole slaw is creamy and tasted home made, the rye bread was there because it had to be and it was a nice hearty slice of pumpernickel rye. Be prepared to wait, even with a reservation. It's not the biggest place out there and the kitchen is in full view at the end of the bar (it is small.). The wait is well worth it.

I think there were only 2-3 staff members working and they handled it like champs. They were so nice and got everything out to the customers.
