They also have a smaller satellite location at Clevenger's Corner (Route 211 and Route 229, Amissville, VA 20106), right next to the Shell Station), although this location doesn't have the same height range or variety as the main Warrenton location. Absolutely beautiful, full, fresh-cut trees of several different varieties ranging in size from around 5 feet up to around 13 feet. We've never failed to find a fabulous specimen to grace our cathedral-ceilinged living room (usually between 8-9 feet or so). To start with, you don't even have to soil your lily-white hands with sap or any tree flotsam/jetsam, as a Scout cheerfully walks around with you to pull out & twirl any & all trees you want to examine. Last Sunday we purchased a gorgeous 8-1/2 footer for $65 (cash or check only, so come prepared). We were offered to have some of the lower branches & the trunk end trimmed on the lot, but we prefer to do this ourselves right before setup at home (which you should do as well - helps the tree suck up more water if you trim that trunk right before you stick it in the tree stand which you immediately fill with warm water). Then our tree was net-bagged & several helpful Scouts helped load it into the back of our SUV (well, it "almost" fit - lol!!). And the few times in the past when we've had a tree that simply wouldn't fit inside the vehicle, many helping hands assisted in carefully tying it to the roof - even in bone-chilling cold. Bottom line: Everyone always smiling, friendly, & willing to help - even in the most unpleasant of weather; reasonable prices for this day & age; quality, fresh, trees in several varieties & heights, & helping out a worthy cause. I can't even remember the last time we've bought a Xmas tree anywhere else.

This Christmas tree farm is absolutely amazing…read more The whole operation is well thought through. From the moment we walked up we were treated great!!! All the attendants and helpers were so kind and helpful. We followed the crowd to the spot where the tractor picks up customers (this is a very basic tractor wagon pull but it is slow so it didn't feel dangerous) dogs and humans alike piled up and we were on our way to the tree fields! We came with our two pups this year to help pick the perfect tree. We walked around for a litttle while examining allll the trees- white pine and blue spruce. Flat rate for each $100 for while pine which has longer needles that kind of fluff out at the ends and blue spruce that has smaller needles and looks like a "classic" tree. Last year around this time- we visited another Christmas tree farm and all the trees were gone and online younger smaller trees were left.....but here there was simply more space to grow trees and fields full still to pick from! We forgot to bring our own axe or electric chainsaw so we were able to borrow one from another guest. They did hang out simple band chainsaws but in our excitement we forgot to grab one before hopping on the wagon. We found 2 trees we really loved and opted for a shorter more robust white pine :) it was very healthy and sappy and we all loved it! Certainly requires some strong arms so please keep that in mind. We piled the tree on the wagon and hopped on to head back to the area where attendants helped us shake out the dry needles and wrap the tree to make it easily transportable. This whole experience was beyond a dream- so convenient with helpful hands to guide us through the process. BEAUTIFUL healthy trees, and complimentary hot mulled cider! This will be our new spot for our annual tradition from now on!! They also do pumpkins! I attached some pics of the website for more details- If you and your family are looking for a great Christmas tree farm, look no further. I noticed a lot of families with matching pjs so it's a perfect opportunity for a good photoshoot and family memories! We dressed up our puppies in onesies and got some great pics :) Be ready to spend a minimum of $100.

I always had real Christmas trees growing up, but I had never bought one as an adult. Nevertheless, Almost Heavenly Trees & Greenery made the process way easier than I could have expected, and for the first time, like ever in my life, we left the tree lot with the first tree we looked at. This is a fantastic 'mom and pop' tree farm operation and the young man, forgive me that I have forgotten his name, was super fantastic! He spent 20 minutes with us making sure we had the exact tree we wanted, and even helped up strap it to the roof of our car for the trip home. I feel really bad that I've forgotten his name because he was so personable. Not once did I feel like he was rushing us even though the lot was busy. And the trees are spectacular. It didn't look like much when we arrived because it is just trees in a lot, but they are quite fresh. The trees (douglas firs) from the family farm in WV were cut about a week before being sold. We ended up with a frasier fir (personal favorite) which came from a farm in NC but we were told they were about as fresh but they just couldn't confirm the day they had actually been cut. The prices were very reasonable, especially for being a local business and not a 'big box' store. We were just so impressed and are so very happy with our lovely tree that we are definitely life-long customers as long as we are within reasonable driving distance! Thank you Almost Heavenly Tree & Greenery!

They last all of December, always get it the day after thanksgiving and keep it up until New Year's Day. This year our tree fell over after being up for two weeks. It didn't feel secure and I called to get some advice and spoke with Matt who explained it was likely our tree stand (which it was) and offered to have someone come to our home to install our tree in a new tree stand the following day. As promised, Sam came with the new tree stand and put our tree in it the following day. They went above and beyond and followed through on everything they said they would. We will continue to get our trees from almost heavenly for as long as we live in this area and I have already told many people about this company so you should be expecting some new customers! Thank you!
