I really like the crew. when they show up, GET OUT OF THE WAY! they clearly talk over with you…read morewhat you want done, how it should be, and a good price, even if it's an estimate. I'm really happy with these guys. They don't stand around and chat about your life, they get to work and knock the job out as fast as reasonable and safely as possible. If you don't know me, I'm a jerk. I REALLY shop around and make sure I get my money's worth. I feel like I got a deal with SIX loads of my crap going to the dump over a few weeks time. I also have a bad back and arthritis. I could have rented a uhaul and hired a few dudes from Home Depot, but my time and back is worth more than me running around reserving a truck and hoping I find a few good workers. I know Let Loose has good workers, is trust worthy enough to give my storage keys to (big trust issues for me), and do my work not worrying about the haul.

I was desperate for some junk removal. I requested a quote and Alan called to schedule one with me…read more Alan and Khoi came out and told me in advance what they could and couldnt take, we scheduled a time, and rolled with it. Day of, they were on time and came ready to kick some junk ass! We had over a decades worth of junk and unwanted trash. I thought it was a project that would take at least half a day....however, let loose swooped in and cleared everything out in less than an hour. They cleared my side yard in less than 10 minutes...I finally got to see the dirt that was underneath! My dad has a hard time letting go of some of the items and we went back and forth on what could be taken. They were incredibly patient and respected that it was tough. They reassured us that they were here to help and nothing more and to take our time. They all wore masks (but it was like 85 degrees and I knew they were burning up) so we tried to give them space so they could breathe. Super amazing and incredibly fun group to work with! They gave us back our backyard back and I'm so grateful, I know who I'm calling the next time we need a junk haul.

He was able to give me a reasonable/affordable priced quote with pictures I sent him and then was able to schedule an appointment for him to come out to provide the service the next day. I also contacted him a few days later to inquire about assisting me with transporting a large playground set from a different location to my residence in Vacaville & again he responded within that hour and was very flexible, he worked with my schedule and was available to help me the next day short notice. He gave me a very reasonable affordable price that beat other competitors and again went above and beyond. I am so appreciative to have found him and will be a long standing customer with him and refer everyone I know to him as well! Thank you so much again! You are very appreciated!

They have a great team, they know what they're doing, and they've successfully handled some very large and complicated moves for our family. What I particularly appreciate about Holmes is that they stand behind their work. Moving inevitably requires flexibility and problem-solving, and their team is willing to pivot, troubleshoot, and make sure things are taken care of. That kind of accountability and commitment means a lot to me. Over the years, they've earned our trust and our repeat business. Their team works incredibly hard, they're capable and experienced, and I genuinely don't think there's another moving company I would rather have handling our things. I'm very grateful to have a company we know we can call when we need them. Five stars and absolutely recommended.
