For my latest reservation the operator asked for the flight info of my client on the return and was there to pick him up after he'd arrived! I like this because no other cab company I've used before has volunteered to do this, otherwise I would not have known. I'm glad they are so accomodating and its nice in the age of Lyft and Uber because cab drivers still have a place for my clients who aren't savvy enough use a smartphone and will wait for them after coming off of a flight.
